It was a lovely basket but due to the extreme heat the chocolates melted but I think they put them in the freezer and refroze them, they really enjoyed the cookies/biscuits

I ordered a bottle of champagne in a gift box for an anniversary present. UPS messed up and delivery was late. The champagne that I ordered didn't exactly match what was delivered, but the gift box and champagne that were sent were of excellent quality. When I expressed my concern with customer service about the late delivery and different champagne, Sara went above and beyond to make the situation right. I will definitely order from them again!

When giving description of contents in baskets, you need to add the exact amount of each fruit you are including so as to know the value of your basket.
It is too vague.
Items much nicer on line in picture then delivered. It looked more high end on line. In person they looked cheap
The process on-line for ordering the gift was simple and quick. Follow up Emails kept me informed of the progress at all times. This was a WEDDING gift ordered by myself a Resident in the UK for delivery to Relatives in the USA. It arrived on the day requested... all in all a very pleasant customer experience
