I paid for a Saturday delivery and the item was delivered on Sunday night, when no one was home. The party did not get it until Monday when shipping would have been free.
I ordered the beautiful "Champagne Wishes Gift Basket-Veuve Clicqot" to be sent to my son and his wife in Massachusetts, for Christmas. I placed the order from Canada and was hoping it would arrive on time. Seven days later, I can now say, that the online service at Gift Tree was Exceptional and the prompt delivery by UPS was Commendable! A great shopping experience... I will be a returning customer. I will never be ordering from this website again, I was very disappointed with my order I payed hard earned money for, my order was missing 2-3 Item, and look nothing like the website or description, I want a refund.
I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BUY FROM GiftTree. Had the same problem as other customers ordering in advance to make sure it will arrive on Christmas time. One basket arrived three days after Christmas, second 6 days later and third basket arrived 13 days after Christmas! On top of that people that received the third basket are close enough to us to send us pictures of the basket all messed up and with cheap products in it. We spent $430 for cheap snacks! The first two baskets were sent to important people to us for appreciation, we feel so uncomfortable! On Jan 2nd I called to complain about the lateness of the first two baskets and that the third basket wasn't received at all! Guy called James told me the same thing as other unhappy customers. The delivery was only for an "estimated date" and he refused to give back any refund. I asked for a refund on the third basket that wasn't received at all and he said they have to investigate with posts and he accused me of giving the wrong address. So unprofessional! He said he will send me an email. I never received an email or refund from them and later that day the basket was delivered to the right address, almost two weeks from the day I ordered it. I will never use GiftTree again!

Honestly, I expected more from GiftTree, when opening my package, the basket cover was all ripped around some areas. I definitely was not happy about that.
Our order arrived even earlier than anticipated. The presentation was very nice and our friends reported that everything was delicious. I would definitely use them again.
There is zero evidence online to show that you get exactly what is shown on their website. Too many complaints from others about quality of the baskets vs the money you pay. Beware of this company.

This is the first time I have ordered from this company. The lily flowers took over a week to be delivered. They never bloomed and many of the flower pods turned brown. I am very disappointed.
I never received a confirmation Email receipt. Also, I sent my order as a gift and do not know if it was ever delivered and received. These are basic things that should occur when ordering online.

After a dear friend in the family passed away, I was online searching for a suitable flower arrangement. I am currently working on a ship in Europe and since there was no way to call, I went on the online chat to double check that although it was Saturday afternoon, that the bouquet would make it there on Sunday. I gave the funeral home address and they ASSURED me that it would be there. That the funeral services take a high priority.
I just received an email this afternoon that it never made it and the company will give me a call "at their leisure".
This is pure bull. IF YOU CAN'T GUARANTEE ME THAT IT WOULD BE THERE, TELL ME. DON'T LIE ABOUT IT.
