The birthday bottle of wine is fantastic, the person who received it was very happy and surprised of the quality of the etching and how the gold make it so beautiful. This was one of the best and special gifts that I have giving to my daughter in law, I'm very happy thank you

We ordered over $3000 worth of gifts from your company. One gift was "refused by receiver". I am not sure how it was refused, it went to an office where they get gifts with alcohol regularly. I was given a gift card to reorder my gift. Not only did I have to pay for the original shipping, but also the rushed shipping because the order was "refused" according to your customer service.
I asked your customer service to help me order a new gift using my gift card which I was having a problem finding in the 30 emails I received from you. The man on the phone would not help me and only added to my frustration. I have used your company for several years now and am so disappointed in your customer service.

I don't like the 4.95 signature fee. This is new this year, and I hate being nickel and dimed. You raised the price of the gift basket, and I understand prices have gone up this year., but just put all your fees in the price!
Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 bottles of Chardonnay arrived empty with its top off. The other 2 arrived completely intact. The bottles arrived in their individual packets and wrapped well. There was no evidence of leakage on the delivery package.

I thought by the gift site I was also getting some kind of board with it also that is what the site shows. I guess the gift baskets don't really come in a basket.
Although the card was missed on my gift, customer service responded immediately and issued me a gift card which was nice. The best part is they recognized the issue and realized why I was not happy so I appreciated that.
Amazing variety of gifts to order yet not overwhelming. Reading the customer reviews also greatly informed what I wanted to order. Order arrived EARLIER than my projected delivery date which was super amazing!
Website was easy to follow and prices were fair. The timeline was great and I really appreciated no additional shipping costs. My only request would be a few mire choices like a teapot, some tea choices, mixed with wine and cheese and tea snacks. When sending to a couple one may not drink alcohol. Satisfying voth this would be s good choice.
Easy ordering but was fooled by something online that said you could order same day delivery if you order early enough. The day I wanted them delivered, I signed on early and it told me the soonest it could be delivered was 3 days later. That was a disappointment.
The basket we paid for was the smallest thing, one could never call it a basket. It was such a small box of chocolate it was embarrassing to see what we chose to deliver as a thank you. A complete waste of monies and we will make sure to warn our friends, family and colleagues to not use. For this amount of money, it should have looked respectable, nit like a $20 worth of a small box of chocolates. Shame on you!

I am utterly dissapointed with the quality of flowers that were sent to my girlfriend after her surgery. She has shown me a picture of what she received and it was TOTALLY different from what i ordered. The type of flowers used were so cheap that took away from the entire look and value of the gift! The color of the vase was supposed to be pink, but it came in clear glass. The assortment of flowers was very different from what was in the shown picture.
Rest assured i will never be using your service again.

I placed an order for over 60 baskets! Multiple Clients received rotten fruit. Multiple clients did receive their baskets on time. When I called they couldn't even give me a status. I will look to use a new vendor for my future needs!

I ordered The Orchard Fruit Basket for someone's birthday in Florida. I was so disappointed what was sent. It showed a basket with fruits what they (the local supplier) sent were the fruits on what looks like a paper plate shabbily wrapped in plastic. Giftree has offered a refund of the basket only or $30 credit. I strongly believe I should be refunded more. I will not use their service nor recommend them as they have chosen shappy suppliers

When sending gifts to loved ones, the presentation is everything and you are absolutely correct to expect only the best.

The delivery date was one day later than expected. No one was home to take it in the house. Therefore it was left outside all night. I know that there is an icepack inside so I hope nothing was spoiled. Thanks Diane Leduc

Poor service, I found one gift was not delivered on time and asked for help right away, but you asked me to contact UPS for this gift. This is incredible as I booked the gift from you and you should contact UPS for tracking. I wrote many emails expressing my concerns, but end up the gift was not found and missed the Christmas Holiday. You conducted the survey too late, it's about one week late after my request delivery date. The missed gift was for my important customer!

First and foremost, we are sorry that your client received their gift after Christmas. We have not and would never instruct a customer to contact UPS, the amount of time that can take to not receive any further information would be counterproductive and I greatly apologize if that is the impression you were given. In reviewing the conversations, we did initially believe the package had encountered a delay, which is more common in the month of December due to the holiday volume. After the tracking showed no additional movements, we opened a trace with UPS on our end and immediately issued a gift card to cover the cost of replacing the gift. The initial gift may still arrive and if that happens, we will not charge for the duplicates! We greatly apologize again that this package was lost in transit.

Order experience was good. Fruit and chocolate basket delivered on time. Much of the fruit arrived bruised. Contacted gift tree and sent photos of bruised fruit. I was offered 10% refund or a 20% credit on next order. I didn't find either solution satisfactory given the cost of what was supposed to be a premium product. I would have preferred that the fruit be replaced with quality fresh fruit. Overall a disappointing experience and I will not order again.
UPDATE
I was contacted again by Gift Tree and they replaced the fruit. Much better this time. It was of the quality I expected and the recipient of the gift enjoyed it.
Ordering your Fruit Wine Cheese Trio showed two different wines with no option to select which wine and a call to your kind, courteous and knowledgable customer assistant (Jeff? There 8 years) answered my question perfectly.
I liked having a range of gifts to choose from, and as an overseas shopper I really appreciated how easy it was to send a gift to my friends in the US. It arrived exactly when expected and my friends loved it!
The card I filled out was not put in baskets. My fried had no ideal who sent it. Plus I chose Dec for delivery and it was delivery the 13 why ask a Date then don't deliver on that date. And to not put the card in that I filled out was just plain wrong.
