I have reviewed your order and it does look like the gift was set to be delivered the 13th, because the 13th and the 23rd would be right next to each other on the shipping calendar it's very likely that the 13th was accidentally selected. The package i ordered was supposed to be delivered today. UPS for some reason needed a signature...what the hell is up with that. The adults are working and kids are in school. If the signature was really required they should deliver when people will be home. This is food that may spoil.

We apologize that your recipient was not available at the time UPS attempted delivery. Any gift that contains alcohol is federally required to have a signature, so UPS would not be able to leave the package. It is understandable to be frustrated over this and we wanted to assure you that your gift was packed and prepped in a way to keep it fresh for a few days in transit in the event it wasn't able to be delivered the first couple of tries.

We ordered over $3000 worth of gifts from your company. One gift was "refused by receiver". I am not sure how it was refused, it went to an office where they get gifts with alcohol regularly. I was given a gift card to reorder my gift. Not only did I have to pay for the original shipping, but also the rushed shipping because the order was "refused" according to your customer service.
I asked your customer service to help me order a new gift using my gift card which I was having a problem finding in the 30 emails I received from you. The man on the phone would not help me and only added to my frustration. I have used your company for several years now and am so disappointed in your customer service.

Ordering was easy and convenient. The product that was delivered was way below average than the 'gourmet' products advertised on the product page at the time of purchase and the presentation was 'ok' but lacked refinement.
From what I can tell the baskets turned out to be a great gift but I am a little frustrated that I picked and paid for a date for all of the baskets to be delivered and two of them arrived later than that date.
I did not receive the correct cheeses nor the almonds. Both were the selling points of the basket.
Very happy with service and the recipient was extremely pleased with their gift basket.
The delivery was shown for Dec. 23 which is why I ordered from GiftTree and not another service. It was changed to Dec. 27 delivery several days later. At that point it was too late to reorder something for that date. The recipients were out of town on vacation beginning Dec. 26 and won't receive it until Jan. 8. There was fruit in the basket which will be bad by the time they get the package.
The products were high quality and delivered on requested.
