Ordered 6 timed tickets for the 9/11 museum in NY. Everything was straight forwards. Tickets arrived in my mailbox the day before attending.
The only problem l had was a question on whether the timed tickets could be used anytime on the day but no reply came back which was'nt great customer service.
We took two full day tours with GetYourGuide and both were fantastic. A small group with a great guide who was knowledgeable and friendly, gave us plenty of time at each location and answered all our questions. So many sights and activities were included at a great price. We didn't miss a thing!
I booked the sight seeing trip to another city from where we stayed 4 months in advance. A day before the trip I got an email that they have to cancel because the price quoted on the website was incorrect. My first thought was "you had 4 months to let me know that" and second thought was "why you did not ask if I pay the difference?". I called them. The young gentleman picked up and he in fact was helpful. He called me back after looking into the details and told me that there was an issue with tour guides and unfortunately there is not much he is able to do. While I appreciate this person's honesty and calling me back with the explanation I do not find this company a reliable source of guided trips as per my experience. I will not consider this company in the future. Our hotel was able to find for us a replacement trip thankfully. Otherwise it would be a great waste and disappointment…
The museum pass mobile tickets did not work at either the Louvre or d'Orsay. I attempted to resolve the issue while in Paris without success, "the passes should work" was the actual response I received. Save your money, go to the museum website and purchase a pass directly. This is a total rip off!

It was so easy to book tickets via this company. Immediately received an email and the tickets and they just asked when I want to be picked up from, and that's exactly were I was picked up from. No stress or worries whatsoever.
This company made a 6 hours drive stress free and tireless. Our guide and bus driver were beyond expectations. Didn't have to think about anything, we just enjoyed the trip which was 10 hours in total and wasn't even tired in the end.
Very informative. Easy enough to find. Give yourself plenty of time to get there fro the city Centre as it's quite far. The weather we had was amazing. We saw seals. Sadly the other wildlife (other reviews told us about) weren't there like puffins or porpoises. We even got off on the island to see the amazing views as the Abby was ok. You simply pay an extra £6 per person to go on the island.
Traveled from New Jersey with my kids. Had a family emergency and had to return. I reached out to customer service department and was told no refund. However, after posting my experience here. I was reached out to by the company and was offered a full refund in the form of a gift code which is valid for 18 months and I can use it to book any activity with GetYourGuide. Made the mistake to book an airport transfer with them from koh Chang to trat airport. First during the booking I was told it didn't work on the website, than I received via email a booking confirmation. They stated the actual agency will confirm the actual pick up date.
When I did not receive anything 20 hours before the pick up time (it was in the morning), I started to write emails, call them, text them via line and wa. No response for 3 hours. I then asked to cancel this booking and booked it with a local agency, which was cheaper.
First they informed me I will get a refund, then suddenly, that I won't get one. I received than a confirmation for my pick up 17:25, pick up 9:10 at the morning. If I would have not received anything by that time it would have been to late to arrange with another agency as a lot of them close between 17-18.
So if you go to Thailand, book the trips with local companies! Not with those guys!

The Company needs to verify small providers and take ownership of the unethical practice. The provider cancel a last-minute last supper tour plan two months ago and fly from the US. Limited ticket and cannot get anywhere else. The Company message, sorry and we will improve. I am NOT your test subject. Lesson learn, Not to work with unaccountable Company, Get YourGuide.
I had two minor problems with my purchase. One was that the app kept crashing and I was unable to access my tickets. Luckily I did. Screen shots of the print option. The only other issue was that the catamaran tour could not find me listed for the tour. Eventually they did take me. Otherwise, no problems. I've used Get Your Guide in the past and have been completely satisfied with the service. I will continue to use this product. Good service; good options!
I did enjoyed the ride with bikes in Athens. Our tour guide was the best one. He gave us loads of info about Athens and he showed us some hidden spots known just by athenians. As well he gave us some ‘what to do' in Athens and on the islands tips. We had a stop for some traditional Greek ice cream with mastika. As well the the bikes was in a very good condition and easy to ride them. I did like that each bike had it's own name. Overall I do recommend this tour.
Absolutely shocking company! Do NOT pre-book any tours with this company! We almost had our weekend away ruined because this company had a issue with taking payments of our three events we had booked and almost had our tours/attractions cancelled, which was the only reason we were going to Edinburgh! I called three times to be told "we will look into it" with no results! Knowing fine well we were about to lose our places in these booked events! One advisor didn't even do her job correctly and made no effort to help, the other two tried to help but was told it could take three days to sort out, which was no good, as we were due to leave for our trip before that time frame they gave us, which would have resulted on us losing our booked places in these events! Not happy at all, but thankfully we sorted it out ourselves by booking the events elsewhere and cancelling with this SHOCKING company!
Each to their own, but my advice would be to avoid.
Absolutely horrible! I scheduled a food tour for my husbands birthday. The day before the tour they email me telling me they could not find a tour guide. I had to call to find out if they were going to reschedule or refund me. No mention at all about rescheduling. Told me refund would take 10 business days. DO NOT BOOK with this company unless you want to be messed over.
Look to Get Your Guide for exiting tours and excursions at very reasonable prices. The quality of service is always excellent as they handle all of the bookings and transfers making for truly enjoyable and stress free travel.
One note, if you are traveling during the pandemic, there is no need to purchase Jump the Line passed as there are very few tourists anywhere.
I attempted to book tour with this company and for some reason, payment would not go through. I used 3 different payment methods and still for the same "error" please contact. I confirmed with my bank that there was no issue on their end and it was the company. I called, emailed and had to wait 2 days for response to rebook the tour. I ended up going through Viator company instead and had no issues to book the same exact tour with same payment method. Very frustrating to say the least. Even when i finally got to speak to someone at "get your guide" they were unable to let me book with them on the phone, stating it had to be done online only… again insisting it's my bank, which i confirmed it was not. Never again will i try and use this company.
This company is fraudulent. They use other's websites to link to their site when the website they link from doesn't even advertise with them. It is illegal, immoral and they should be shut down. They have been told but refuse to correct matters. Selfish people using others to gain profit. Typical capitalists with an evil purpose.

We booked lunch cruise thru these guys. Even though ticket cancellation were not allowed, due to flight cancellation we couldn't make our appointment. I contacted them on whatsapp, managed to alter the date and they even refunded the difference in price. So helpful and friendly. We are now booking other activities thru them while in NY.
I did 2 tours in Rome, the Colosseum and Vatican City. Both tour guides had so much passion and knowledge and gave us all the history they could pack into our time together. Both experiences and guides were incredible and I highly recommend doing guided tours instead of going yourself! Worth every penny and then some!
