I would not recommend this tour to anyone. The tour left 3:00 pm for a Sunset Tour and within 20 minutes of departure, the air conditioning on the bus broke down. The driver pulled over and got off the bus to make a call without informing the passengers of anything. Our friend communicated to everyone that she overheard the driver speaking to someone in an attempt to get us another bus. She also had to ask the bus driver for water. There were 20 people on the bus and there was an inadequate supply of water. It was 95 degrees in the bus. A bus arrived to return us to our hotels and we were told that we would not be going to the Grand Canyon today. Efforts were made to put us on another tour in the morning, but since we had already booked for other activities and had to return by 6:00 pm, they could not accommodate us. When we booked the tour, we were told that the maximum number of people would be 14. We had 20. We were also told that we would have a sprinter. We did not.
Update: contacted me, said not their fault and refused to return the money saying I'm supposed to reschedule. I do not want to have anything with their so called partner which is SCAM business, just like this app. I do not need their services. And I do not reside in FL or Columbia.
SCAM! Took my money, gave me a Columban number while I was in Florida and requested FL service. When I called the number, there was a recording in spanish, nobody picked up the phone. I demanded money back and there's only chat option on this app. Their rep tells me they won't return the money and they do not know why their "partner" is not responding. SCAM!

Joined two tours based at Christchurch. Both tours with awesome guides, performing informatively and knowledgeable. Good travel arrangement for us who did not rent a car during the trip. What a relaxing and enjoyable trip we had!
Since it's not the actual tour company it has been hard to reschedule/refund. They often have to discuss things with the actual tour company and that can get frustrating. For example, we were supposed to go on a bike ride in Portland ME, & the morning of the ride my husband felt too ill to attend. We could not get a refund / reschedule without actually going to the ER-which he didn't need- so we were out that $.
Made the mistake to book an airport transfer with them from koh Chang to trat airport. First during the booking I was told it didn't work on the website, than I received via email a booking confirmation. They stated the actual agency will confirm the actual pick up date.
When I did not receive anything 20 hours before the pick up time (it was in the morning), I started to write emails, call them, text them via line and wa. No response for 3 hours. I then asked to cancel this booking and booked it with a local agency, which was cheaper.
First they informed me I will get a refund, then suddenly, that I won't get one. I received than a confirmation for my pick up 17:25, pick up 9:10 at the morning. If I would have not received anything by that time it would have been to late to arrange with another agency as a lot of them close between 17-18.
So if you go to Thailand, book the trips with local companies! Not with those guys!

Would never use this company again. I was just scrolling through tours they had available While I was in port Douglas 2 weeks ago.
I had a tour I was looking at but didn't want to go with it as we couldn't get to Cairns. It automatically purchased the tour through Apple Pay.
I contact the company straight away and after hours of chatting via the app. They couldn't do anything to help me and they were ‘truly sorry'.
I just think it's unfair as it was a glitch in there system and I was the one that lost $370. Even asked for a voucher or half of refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

It was an amazing tour! Our guide Jim was really entertaining and knowledgeable, you will have great view from the Chicago skyline.
We did a walking Food Tour around the French Market with stops to sample five different food items.
So much food! Angela was our tour guide and she was delightful. Enjoyed every calorie!

I booked all of our activities for my husband's birthday getaway weekend. Last year, the pandemic hit right when we were getting ready to travel to New York to celebrate him. So, this year, I wanted to make sure we had a great time. I booked several outings with this company and was satisfied with everything until I had an issue with one of the bookings. I called to try to reschedule and there was a back and forth with the actual venue and this company. No one seemed to help me to rebook for a different time. I was told "I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do". Not only was I able to go to my event just fine, I looked through the details of the event and saw for myself that I had 7 days to redeem my tickets. When I got to the event, not only was I right in time. It seems that I could book a time of my choice for the second portion of the event. Very disappointing. Please train your customer service personnel better.
I advise to do this tour over Sao Paulo which is really impressive. The pilot was really good and kind, giving good comments. Booking goes well, and we could adapt time to weather. We should like to stay onboard much more!

I've used GetYourGuide in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the latest is in Aruba and I have always been extremely satisfied. Everything has been spot on from the descriptions to the meeting places. The emails have been timely from the very beginning along with the contact information for the local tour company and the app makes it easy to book and your tickets are in one place. The one I just booked was a keep island tour in Aruba and the same great servive. When COVID hit and I had to cancel a tour in Cambodia, they were right on top of it. Money back, no problem. I'll be using it again soon.
We purchased the dinner river boat and were sat in the very end of the seating although I was not given a choice of seating when purchasing. The seats were so far back the musicians made fun of us when shouting out my boyfriend for his birthday. My recommendation is to purchase tickets directly from the boat to ensure good seating and service.

Ruth was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and had great props for her monolog about the Mayan history and culture. The bus was a large commercial bus with good AC. No wifi but I had Tmobile service for most of the way. They're were a few 5 min or less dead zones. The expenses for Chichén Itza were $30 fee (disclosed on the site) and a $2 gopro or prof camera fee. (Phones and tablets no fee.) At lunch drinks were an extra charge. Any drinks. I don't recall if those were disclosed. The bus driver gave out a cold bottle of water before entering park and upon return. That was great and not advertised so I don't know if that is common. The lunch was called a buffet but it was table service. The food was ok but not best except for the lime chicken soup. It and the pico were the best. Some others in our group had the regular and frozen margaritas and all agreed they were both good but the frozen were the best. The service at our table was not so great. I asked for pico 4 times before he brought any.) I think all wait staff was overwhelmed as our guide gave us 30 extra minutes at lunch. The Cenote itself was beautiful. If you choose to swim in the Cenote, there was an extra mandatory fee of $2 for a life jacket and an optional fee of $2 if you wanted a locker. Be prepared, the water is cold but very refreshing after a day at the temple. We'll wish the trip!
