Booked online, simple process. Drivers were excellent and very helpful with luggage etc. cars were immaculate. I have recommended the service to my family who have also commented on the good service provided.

The car arrived 10 minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise and meant we didn't have to keep anxiously checking our watches. The driver was very polite and helped my parents with their bags, which was very much appreciated.

My husband and I always pay attention attention to the ratings and we chose a driver with good feedback and photos and didn't pay a fortune! It is quite exciting to pay for the trip (airport - hotel and back) right away. But it was comforting to be able to contact the driver - we had a very responsible person who arrived on time. We have used GetTransfer in multiple countries and they have never failed to deliver. The latest time in Marseille for the European rugby finals was also fine (it is always going to be busy). Cars spotless and comfy. Great drivers. I will always come here first.

Nice Mercedes minibus was on time at Madrid Airport (even though the flight was delayed), the child seat was already fitted, and we got to the ferry with no stress despite the very tight schedule. Friendly, skilled, and competent driver.

Thanks to my driver Furhad, I arrived quickly via the toll highway that was already included in the fare. Amazing service, he helped with my suitcase, and even used his own phone to contact the landlord who failed to reply quickly on chats. Very satisfied customer!

I have used gettransfer religiously over the last 10 years whilst travelling to Majorca (and occasionally Malaga) and they have never let me down yet! Always on time and the driver is always easily found holding a name board in airport arrivals.

Both the arrival and departure worked well. We had a small problem meeting on the day of return because we couldn't make any phone calls but they solved everything via email. The drivers were very nice and drove safely. Everything was perfect!

We booked/paid for 2 transfers in January for a trip in May. The first transfer was from Caserta to Sorrento. They sent a driver in a filthy, older BMW which appeared to be his personal car, not a licensed chauffeur car. The trip back to Sorrento, the driver texted on his phone the entire trip.
The second transfer was for 3 days later to take us from Sorrento to Civitavecchia. Less then 17 hours before this 4 hour transfer, we were sent a text message saying they were having issues with their driver and for an additional €135 they could send someone else. When we told them we had a contract, they hung up on us 3 times leaving us scrambling at the last minute to find alternate transportation. NEVER AGAIN!

Since we arrived in Lisbon, but would be staying in Cascais, we booked a transfer. Although we had to wait in a long queue at immigration, the driver was waiting for us, no problem. On the way back, the driver also picked us up punctually at the hotel. Both drivers were polite and helpful.

Fantastic driver for our trip to Madrid. He was there at the agreed time but then he had to wait an hour for us due to baggage handling problems. But he did so without any grumbling and at no extra cost. Much appreciated.
