I believe this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've used Orchard to sell my phones. I do my research and I check out other Canadian companies to see who offers the best prices, and it is always Orchard that gives you the best value for your phone! You do have to wait 4 weeks to get the most $$ for your phone, but don't let that scare you! At the end of the 4-week waiting period (which is where your phone is listed for 4 weeks) you receive an e-transfer right away. I got $241 for my iPhone 8 that was in excellent condition. I always love using Orchard they are super prompt, organized, and professional. Highly recommend!

This is the third or fourth time I have used Orchard to get some money for my old phones. Their online sign up process is quick, easy and you know the "value" of your phone right away. They send you the prepaid box for your old phones, no concerns whatsoever. As in past, Orchard actually gave me more money for my old phone than originally expected as my phones were in better condition than expected. Money was transferred to me on time, via email Interac. I was looking for a quick way to sell my IPhone without having to deal with selling it myself. I was ok with the fact that I would not get absolute top dollars for the phone. Process was smooth, got the expected amount after a few weeks. Would totally use them again to sell my used phone.

I've purchased two iPhones in the past from Orchard. But this was my first time selling through their service. It could not have been easier. They sent me all the shipping materials I needed, I sent them my phone and four weeks later (on the exact date they promised), the money was deposited into my bank account.

Sure, I might have been able to get a slightly higher price by placing my own online ad, fielding offers and then meeting strangers in a parking lot for the handoff. But I would never buy a used phone from someone I didn't know, so why would I sell one that way?

I was completely satisfied with my selling experience on Orchard. The price was reasonable and I received my money as promised.

Just sold my 'old' phone to Orchard for the second time, and also for the second time, ended up receiving more money than had been quoted. Sure, I take care of my phones, but that doesn't take away from the level of honesty Orchard exhibits by paying out additional funds, when warranted. It's also a super easy process when selling a phone - they will provide all the materials as well as pay for the shipping. You really can't go wrong using their service.

I was skeptic, but after using the second hand iPhone Orchard has sent me, I would highly recommend this option to others. By far the best option-price wise. Process was so easy, wish I had heard of them sooner!

The exact phone I wanted wasn't available when I first checked, so I signed up for e-mail notifications. Sure enough, a couple of weeks later, I get an e-mail saying a 64Gb iPhone SE was available. Ordered online that evening, phone in my hand 3 days later.

Currently own a galaxy S10 but haven't been impressed with Android auto for the past couple months so I decided to buy a cheap iPhone for the use of apple carplay. Decided to use Orchard as their prices were about the same as local Craigslist prices but without the hassle of going out and meeting a stranger to buy a phone. Ended up getting an iPhone 7 for $220. Took about a week to get the phone and have been totally impressed with the whole process. The phone arrived in exactly the same condition as advertised. The battery health is at 99%, that in itself is pretty remarkable for an older iPhone. I have zero complaints and will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

My new phone was delivered to me in just 2 days, the phone was in an outstanding condition and the service was exceptional. Orchard team handled any questions and concerns I had with excellence. With all honesty, I was a little bit unsure when purchasing the phone, however it was a decision I do not regret. Orchard makes buying and selling phones easy. I've been an Orchard customer since 2018, having used them to trade in and buy a couple of iPhones. They give good value for the money. According to the website iphoneincanada.ca/news/, a new iPhone 11 Pro 512 GB costs$1859 before taxes. I bought a used iPhone 11 Pro in near mint condition from Orchard for $1289 before tax. With tax, a tempered screen protector, and Orchard's 1-year Premium Care Warranty the phone came to $1473. 52, that's still a saving of more than 20%. At the same time, I traded in my old refurbished iPhone 6128GB to Orchard, and eventually got $131.00 for it. And so, Orchard allows me to recycle my old technology and get a newish phone. First, I went on the Orchard site, selected and paid for my new(ish) phone, and then I went back onto the site, clicked on the "sell" button, and followed the easy directions for selling my old phone. I filled out a form describing the condition of the iPhone I was selling. I selected "very good" as the condition for the phone I was selling, and then entered my details. I got an immediate email reply along with an address label. A week or so after I'd sent in my old phone, I got an email from Orchard telling me that the condition of my used phone had been upgraded from "very good" to "like new." This meant that they'd give me more money once my old phone sold. A month or so after my ad was posted, the old phone was sold, and I got $131 transferred into my account. And as for the newish 11 Pro phone that I bought, I'm very happy with it. Great phone, great customer service, and great value!

Bought a "very good' IPhone 6S on Tuesday, and it arrived on Thursday! I don't know the quality difference between "very good" and "like new", but my phone was in FANTASTIC shape, looked new to me. I was iffy buying a used phone online, but I was pleasantly surprised on how this all turned out. I will recommend this site to family and friends, and am going to try selling my old IPhone too!

The not so good news first, my wife has had bad luck with her Iphone 5S... first one stolen, second one left in the rain. Third one, to replace the soggy one was ordered yesterday before noon and arrived the next day 1.5 hours outside of Toronto before noon. All 3 were purchased from Orchard. The Good News is that the cost of the phone was less each time :) ... hehe.

Even though my iPhones are only 1 or 2 versions back, i. E., not at all obsolete, I can't even pass them on to my grandsons, who have higher expectations. So I was thrilled to hear about Orchard. I was even more surprised at how efficient, easy and prompt the service was. I was fully expecting to wait 4 weeks for my payment, and had it in 10 days. Fantastic.

Selling my old iPhone 6 with Orchard turned out to be a breeze. I was paid $25 more than initial estimate on the next day after they received my phone! Great customer service throughout. I don't think I could have had a better deal selling on my own plus all the stress that comes with it. Very satisfied and recommend.

These guys are legit.

I've bought several iPhones through them and you can't beat the price and fast shipping.

Also they sell your phone for you. All you have to do is to send the phone and wait for it to be sold. They are honest. My phone was lightly used in my opinion but they changed it to like new giving me more money.
