I had an excel spreadsheet that i needed formatted and it ended up taking 25 hours and it was unusable. I redid it myself (complete Excel novice) and it took me 1 hour. This is the time i expected it to take. I messaged customer service so many times and got no reply. It was several hundreds of dollars. Even if they would just audit the person who did the job to make sure they were working the whole time, I'd understand, but I've been entirely unable to contact them.
