I'm very upset with the service provided! Not only was my issue NOT resolved but you all made it worse. I worked with Oliver. I wanted him to work on my son't Facebook account and unmingle it with my account. I couldn't figure out how they were mingled in the first place. The ONLY thing he did was to completely DISABLE and SHUT DOWN my son's account! Absolutely NOT what we wanted AND I paid for you all to do that! My son had pictures on there for the last 4 years that will NEVER be retrieved. WTH! PLUS, I had to find that out on my own because Oliver just stopped all communication! CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY CAN STAY IN BUSINESS!

When it comes to customer service at GREENDOT THERE IS NONE. Yes you get the option (which is #4) but once you select that option and it says its connecting you it goes right back to the automated response system. The nonexistent customer service/support line leaves ALOT TO BE DESIRED. Although I have never had an issue with anything else and have been using their cards a long time nonexistent customer service and support help will turn me away from a company very quickly. I'm a mail carrier, taking care of my customers is the best part of my job! CUSTOMER SERVICE is my job can you imagine the outcome if I treated my thousand customers that way?! GREENDOT, if you fixed that problem your company would be unstoppable!
At first when I put the 3 reviews on the Uber eats app I felt like that wasn't going to work because I was expecting news about my problem with the delivery and stuff but as soon as I left my review on GetHuman I got an email quick and got the problem solved so I'm glad and thankful!
I wanted tickets for Rise of Skywalker in December at Disney Springs. My son and his kids are fans of Star Wars. Since we live outside of the United States and will only be in Orlando in December, I wanted to take advantage of the pre-sale of tickets. I called Fandango Customer Service and a very nice lady (Leyna) told me I could not buy tickets outside of the United States. However, I told her I had a friend living in the States who could maybe buy tickets for me and she gave me all the information necessary for my friend to buy the tickets. The result? I now have tickets for The AMC Dine-In 24 Theatre at Disney Springs for Rise of Skywalker on December 21st. My son and his family are absolutely delighted! Thanks to Leyna and Fandango.

The service stinks. They report things are fixed when they are not. I do not know what their intentions are, but I don't think it is wholesome. If it is, the have an operating system problem.

I appreciate the service I received from GetHuman. It made the difference! The problem arose when Channel 4 was rebanded (moved from VHF to UHF) and came in many db lower than the original VHF Frequency. The antenna I had was too small that is it didn't have enough gain in the UHF spectrum so I have purchased an antenna that has about 10 db more forward gain in the UHF band as I live in a fringe area.

I am very pleased to report that I received a FULL reimbursement from Change.org for the mistaken $500.00 charge. And to know that GetHuman was there to help me if needed. I took action immediately - in the Change.org site SUBJECT line - after searching where to be in touch with them I found Ask a Question - the only place to contact them - I put NO NO NO - MISTAKEN CHARGE with the amount etc to get their attention. There is only one place where you can make a Report - I made several Reports over and over - found another Email of theirs and sent yet another message that I was extremely distressed that my $5.00 offering on a Petition morphed into just a huge charge. I heard back the next day. A very respectful note from a Change.org employee saying it would be reimbursed within 5 to 7 days - I responded with bated breath - received another nice note from another Change.org employee - instead it was reimbursed in FULL earlier within approx. 2-3 days to my PAYPAL Account. I will now go onto my Paypal Account and ask to change the settings so any offering is not automatically taken out of my Paypal - that there is an extra step added so I have to log-on to make an offering. I hope this may benefit others. Take immediate action and keep at it. Lots of CAPS to make a point! Thank you - M. Palmer
I called the FTB directly and gave up waiting after half an hour and lots of annoying announcements, with no indication of how long I would have to wait. The FTB system for returning calls malfunctioned and I didn't get a chance to leave my number. I decided to seek help from GetHuman, just to navigate the FTB automated call handling system more effectively and "get a human". I discovered that they now offer a free calling service that would call the FTB for me and ring me back when it got a person on the line, so I could get on with my day. It took about five hours for the callback to come - probably not the fault of GetHuman - but indeed it happened, and I got my problem with the FTB resolved on that call. At the end of the call, I recommended GetHuman to the FTB agent, who had been pretty confused about getting a call from a robot saying it had to get someone on the line to talk. Fortunately the agent didn't follow the impulse to hang up!
Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
