I know and understand the real measure but I'm so happy with it especially when I have a good backup like you, I also support things with the help of (a1techwise.com) a professional hacker who gave me full access to my partner's phone activities remotely without suspicious and I was able to gather every evidence to back things up successfully thank you
If I had to do this over I wouldn't use them. The communication is terrible. Trying to get a hold of anyone is close to impossible. Also when you do get someone they are extremely rude. I called with a simple request - to get a receipt of all my payments. They would not provide this. So if you need help and support through the process and the ability to talk to someone whether on the phone or email, don't use this company. Ha! Also, to verify this review it asks for a proof of purchase…like I could get that from the company!
Filling out paperwork was super easy and painless. However, it is not "get 100% money back". There are a lot of lil charges they charge you for if you ask for a refund, oh and that's only will depend on the reason for the refund. Then at the end it's a 3-10 day waiting period unless you a $99 fee to get it faster. That part really sucks. So not very fast after all

My concerns were addressed, and I'm moving forward with their service. While the process is simple, I don't agree with them signing you up for two memberships, and I'm sure most customers would feel the same way. It was unfortunate that the company did not want to help over chat or phone, and a representative had to reach out through my negative review on the site to address my concerns, but figured I would update the review anyway. Thanks.
They automatically signed me up for some BS monthly subscription. Not just 1, but 2 services I did not want to be signed up for. I was charged twice, and they refuse to give me a refund. Stay away from this horrible company. Can't even leave negative reviews on their site, go figure.
Services was fine but there a re lots of questions in the interview. Might be divorce papers needs all the information. Otherwise pretty decent service
