Get Culture is an extremely helpful and easy to do business with. I had received a product that I wasn't satisfied with in June 2015 and they told me to return it for a 100% refund. Well, guess what I recently found September 2016, the product I failed to return.
I wrote an email to Marty about my over sight asking if I could return it yet and fully acknowledging that it was ok for him to say no. I was super surprised given the level of customer satisfaction now a days that he allowed me to return it for the 100% refund 1+ yrs later. How's that for Easy To Do Business With!!!
