Using this is not as convenient as it sounds. The toothbrush has to be dry before it can be put in the holder. Had I known this before I purchased it, I would never have bought it.
I really like my sanitizer however the gap is too narrow for my battery operated toothbrush. I intend to remedy this by shaving my toothbrush off a little bit.
I ordered a three pack, and recieved it very fast! I originally had not put in my address fully, called them. They had understood, fixed it, and I recieved my package with updates 2 weeks later.

Battery doesn't last long & cannot be replaced. Not worth the money. Mr Brill no longer charges after only a few months.
I have fully charge the Bril devices, but when I insert in the toothbrush, there is no UV light at all!
Easy but I do wish you also carried toothbrushes but I searched your website and there are none.
It worked fine at first, until the red light came on so I charged it for 24 hours and the red light didn't turn green. So I charged 10 more hours. It never was able to charge, I used a new block, and the wire in the bril box. Unsuccessful I was able to use for a short period of time.😕

Was told today by customer service that there's a one year warranty and the product is expected to last two years! Mine lasted 17 months and my son's 18 months. Disgusted that they refuse to replace my product. Was told to buy two more if I wanted to replace them. Why would I spend $85 every two years for a faulty, shabbily built product? Save your money and don't waste it by purchasing this product.
I bought five for Christmas. By the time everyone got their gift, the 30 days from purchased had passed. Unfortunately, one of the five doesn't work. That's the lost fifth star. The four stars are for the perfect four that do work. We four are all very happy with ours!
I purchased 5 of these and planned to give a few of them away as gifts. I opened one to try for myself and immediately noticed the cheap quality of the product, not what I was expecting. That aside, the bigger issue is the opening for the brush is too small and does not fit well with my Oral B electric toothbrush head. I can only barely squeeze it in at the smallest part of the brush, right near the head and bristles. This means the entire brush head does not sit properly infront of the UV lights. I also feel like the cheap plastic is going to crack l when I'm pushing the brush into my Bril. I am regretting my purchase and don't feel I would even give these away as gifts.
You guys should do quicker delivery, and I think you guys should have a lot more color, and the price is a little high everybody wouldn't be able to afford it.

Answer: Martha, Addressing your question directly, no, the blue light not lighting does not mean the device is not working. Bril uses ultraviolet (UV) light to sanitize the toothbrush and the ultraviolet wavelengths are invisible to the human eye. Because of that, a regular blue LED light was added as a mere indicator. That means it's possible the UV light is still functioning fine even if the blue light has somehow stopped working. They are not one in the same. That being said, you should definitely contact customer service about your device and they'll take care of you.
