Talk about getting the job done! Daniel Valencia is the epitome of a hard working professional. I told him what I wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure it happened. Joe was very helpful and very professional all the time. Our loan was very complicated due to the fact that we had three people on the loan so it took a little longer then first anticipated, but Joe was always was very accessible when ever we had questions. I feel Joe goes out of his way to please his clients. He even came to my home to do paper work later at night.I think he puts his all into his job.

I approached shopping for a mortgage with a kind of dread, having heard all sorts of "horror stories" from friends in similar situations in the past. Good loan product. Relativity clear on what documents were needed, although that process could have been smoother. It would have been easier if all documents needed were identified at the outset, rather than multiple follow up emails regarding additional documents.
