Everything was fine, ordering, having it shipped, receiving. Unfortunately, the part was not the right part for my computer, not their fault, and the return was equally easy through their support. Overall, I would shop with them again as they made the whole process easy and stressless.
Company buys Google ads for part numbers that are not accurate (or even in the store) and will not accept returns of any kind if the part does not work if you open the box and attempt install. Very deceptive practice and components like this aren't like consumer electronics. Will never use again and advise all to look elsewhere for businesses that have better policies for the customer so you aren't left with a part you cannot use and bought from deceptive marketing.

Yes I received my order. Sadly the part & box was damaged on arrival. So far GRP have been good to work to get it fixed.

I am usually thrilled to do business with your company. Tonight I saw that one of the items I need is out of stock, and I am saddened that there is no further information about when it will become available again for purchase, IF it will ever be available from you again. I know that GRP wants to prevent folks from using the competition, so the part numbers are hidden from the customer, and that is also a little disappointing. I use your company quite a bit, and I am no novice when it comes to looking at parts manuals. I know that the parts diagrams correspond with numbered lists of parts that show the manufacturers' part numbers for the items listed, but the way GRP puts the parts on the catalog, it only shows the model number of the appliance itself along with the description of each individual part. Tonight, I found this frustrating and I am giving my "overall shopping experience" a 4 because I ran into a similar problem ordering parts for a commercial washer recently as well. I have been recommending this company and I enjoy ordering FACTORY parts for the appliances I service, both at home and at work. I now have the company where I work ordering their appliance parts from you as well, so I know that I have been sending a lot of business your way. it was a great shopping experience with easy ordering and fast shipping. The part was correct and our washer is back to excellent working condition.
It took a while to verify that the model of this washer would match up to the model of the part. A list of the models this part will work with would be fantastic. I had to get this information from another site and would have ordered from them if they were not out of stock.
The experience was good. At first, I chose the incorrect part. I did not check the number part on the appliance parts map. My mistake. So, I was let to make another purchase.
When I contacted customer service for returning the parts I thought I wasn't going to be able to comply with all requirements. Even though, I did my best and I received my reimbursement in a short period of time.
The part arrived broken, but it was merely a chipped corner which had no bearing on the functionality of the part itself. I'd suggest better packing as it appears to have been broken during shipment as I noticed the broken pieces present in the box.
Everything was fine and worked for the need, just a bit pricey with the shipping costs. Price of doing online business is pushed into the consumer. If you can get elsewhere for free shipping, do it.

I initially tried finding the part # - but that didn't work for some reason. Then I tried using the product's model #. It didn't go directly to the product, but I got the full list and eventually located it. I didn't realize how many models Whirlpool has! But all good.
Due to current circumstances, phone and live chat were not available. I understand. So I am not 100% certain I have ordered the correct part - but to save time I have ordered the part anyway and look forward to receiving a response to the email I sent in lieu of the live chat.

I don't plan to return any products but the customer support/FAQ page refers to special terms and conditions for Kenmore etc. models. However, the site does not tell the purchaser what the terms and conditions are.

Needed upper & lower racks for my dishwasher, unfortunately the original shape was not available... understandably DW is 38 yeas old, but you did have the replacement door panel. Measurements were not available for the items that is why the 4 stars only.
