This company stole $70 from me, I order a part does not work and they are refusing to return my money. Do not I repeat DO NOT do business with this people. Bought online, was supposedly shipped on Friday Afternoon, had an email confirming shipping from Genuine on Friday afternoon with planned delivery on Monday 12/26. Fed Ex didn't receive item until Tuesday 12/27. According to *******@genuineparts.com, when they checked the warehouse, it was confirmed to be shipped by warehouse personnel on Monday, yet Fed ex didn't receive from GRP until after 5 PM on Tuesday PM. Genuine blamed weather for the delay in getting it to me Lawrenceville GA- Cornelia, GA! Go figure!

BEWARE: UNFAIR RETURN POLICY. I ordered a water inlet valve for a dishwasher. The part of the value that connected to the water hose was slightly larger in circumference than the original part, despite the same part number. This was not obvious until I attempted to install the part, which was unsuccessful. GRPs return policy says if you attempt to use a part, it will not be replaced. It does not matter if the part is defective. In fact, it seems that they only replace a part if they sent the wrong part, not a defective part. Take your business somewhere else. Patronize a business that has a fair return policy -- even if there is little chance you will return the part.

They sent me the wrong item. Told me to ship it back, so I did. They now say they don't know where the box is and that there is nobody in that department at all to even try to look for it. It has been over a month now. They have no phone numbers any where to be found. You go onto live chat and only one time out of the seven times I tried did somebody on the other end pick up. They now refuse to answer my emails asking when I will get my refund. A bunch of crooks and thief's! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE --- AND WHY ARE THEY EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS IF ALL THEY DO IS STEAL FROM PEOPLE!? -- If i could give a ZERO star rating I would surely do so!
