Genuine Replacement Parts

Fast delivery was what I needed and I got it. Also, the item was the correct part number.

I was expecting a pair of matching handles. I received only one handle. I also expected mounting hardware to be included. The mounting hardware has to be ordered separately.

Motor works but shaft moves back and forth and causes the fan to rub against the back wall of the oven. Will have to modify it myself to stop it otherwise It will continue to happen.

I am unable to remove the present part to replace with the new one.

Was supposed to be 1 day delivery, but it was 5. Still cheapest and it was the right product. FedEx/UPS was the issue, but was still very disappointing.

The board I purchased works fine. However, I noticed that the original board was rev 1.5 and the replacement board was rev 1.0 meaning that I did not receive the most recent version of the board.

I received the wrong gaskets. They say they are the correct gaskets, but they don't fit my doors, and the make n model of my fridge is verified correct.

First part came, but was damaged. Customer service replaced part quickly. Part works great.

I thought from the product description that the griddle would replace the center grid on the stove top. It does not. It sits on top of the center grid.
