Genuine Replacement Parts

I have just made my purchase. It was easy to find the needed parts and the prices are reasonable. I took delivery the very next day that I placed the order.

I have the wrong product and would like to exchange it for a white Westinghouse crisper bin. The set i have now is the wrong set.
Where do I send these bins back as there is no return label?

Fixed my washer with the same part he had that worked as a result I had to pay the repairman $210

Which I would not have had to pay if your part had worked when I first installed it

FedEx was able to deliver the package on a Saturday. This may be because of the holiday season delivery schedule. I was pleasantly surprised and happy

I thought that a recently replaced part was failing but it was a computer glitch. So the part was not actually used or needed. I guess I will need to see about a return.

Received the item quickly. Although the glass was warped, it seems to work ok. I saw lower prices elsewhere, but was not convinced that it was the proper replacement glass for my refrigerator.

You are asking a lot just to fill out a survey and to not accept it without a comment is unacceptable to me. Real people have better things to do than help you.

I purchased one on 3/31/19 #******* - And within the first week screen/filter ripped. I was in the hospital for back/neck surgery and could not return within the "30 days" for credit or exchange.

Pleasant experience, Easy website just a little pricey I bought a replacement approximately 12x12 glass and the cost was about 50 dollars plus shipping, and I don't really see what makes this glass more genuine thayif I would go buy this locally, But the company is a pleasure to deal with.

I received my purchase a whole lot quicker than expected. Price was about the same as I observed in other places. I saved the site in I need additional parts for my dishwasher.

I got the correct part. Transfer of the switches and the door opening rocker piece to the new part went smoothly. Once again have a working microwave.

It would have been nice to have a range of shipping options. I don't need these parts quickly and would have been willing to accept longer delivery time if it saved me money.
