Do NOT Use This Supplier - 11/3/22

This company has no phone number and has their online chat permanently set to offline. Only communication is by email and then you receive standardized template emails… no personalization. The photos and descriptions on their website are wrong and misleading. They charge shipping, and other suppliers do not. They offer 30 day warranty and other suppliers offer 1 year. Their website and invoices stated that damaged and defective parts can be returned. When you request an RMA, their first standardized email response states that the part cannot be returned if you attempted to install. I did not attempt and confirmed it was in new condition. Then I received a second standardized email asking for photos of the damaged part. They were attempting to stall and make the return process difficult. Please do not use this vendor… you will regret it! If you need a Whirlpool part, then order a Rayshaw part from a better supplier becasue you will execute an overpriced Rayshaw part from this vendor even thought their website states OEM part. This is why they omit labels on parts when displaying in their website… their parts are WAY OVERPRICED and USELESS WARRANTY.

Bad Customer Service
April 20, 2022

I ordered GE JTP30SM2SS as it is showing in my invoice, and they sent me the wrong item (191D6216P003) which is about 10" shorter. I've emailed them at least 10 times but they chose not to listen and not to do the customer service.

Poor customer service
September 15, 2021

After they sent the wrong part, now they want to ask a lot of questions, a little late now. Very, very, difficult to get an exchange or harder a refund, pack extra patients here. Would not recommend.

Not only they sent me wrong parts, but customer services sucks. They not even willing to admit the mistake or even pay for shipping label...

Worst Online Order Experience Ever
February 12, 2021

I ordered a replacement freezer shelf for a side-by-side Whirlpool Refrigerator Model WRS571CIDM01 in November 2020. After a handful of weeks, I began communicating with customer service where they claimed they were unaware their supplier hadn't shipped the part and said they would expedite. After a few failed attempts to "expedite," in January 2021, they said they would switch the supplier for my order and have them ship direct. I then did receive a glass shelf relatively fast, but unfortunately, it was a much wider one for the refrigerator side, not the narrower one for the freezer.

After several GRP demands for multiple pictures and such, they now say I order the part I received. I threw up my hands in frustration and requested an RMA and refund. GRP has the worst website site ever; beyond their inability to track the successful fulfillment of an order, their website would be much better if their included shelf measurements in their descriptions to make it easier for the consumer to verify what they want is likely to match their generic diagrams.

Ordered a part, did not ship when promised. Tried to cancel part, only to be given the run around for a month. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
