I enjoyed the Genius pack $225.00 carryon for 3 years. While using my luggage the tread came off one wheel at the airport, then a second tread came off. Then the handle broke off. I emailed Genius Pack and they said we do not replace wheels or handles. They said to try a luggage repair shop in Houston. I went on eBay to try to replace the parts myself. No luck. Finally I bought an Amazon Basic 20 inch carryon for $69.00 and free shipping.
Right size, looks nice and I appreciate the organizational aspects but wheels falling apart. If you believe in your products quality, at least offer replacement wheels. Bag is still too nice to discard.
Bought two G4 carry on spinners item#504 joust over a year ago and wheels are falling apart. Contacted the company and was told they have changed their policy about repairs and replacing parts due to Covid. They then said I could buy an entire new suitcase for 50% off. Ridiculous! Why would I buy another product that will fall apart? So disappointed.
How can I get the pull handle fix, 2 flights and this happens, can't go anywhere with out the pull handle being broken
