Gem pundit is a fraud company just like there top reviews here. Me alone with some friends ordered some opal rings... after selecting super premium stones... we received the basics. They send you videos of high quality stones making you believe its your order. Customer service excellent until you receive it... but once you realize they have cheated you upon receiving your ring. They are gone... save your money and stay away from Gem Pundit

Ordered size X and they confirmed it is the right size it turned out Y. Spent $80 on top for re sizing. Fraud

I recently bought an Emerald stone from Gempundit.com I would say I am more than satisfied with their product, delivery, packing and customer service (A 5 star for that).

The Gem came with a free certificate which is a very decent one and the customer service team will help you on your need. They are not keen on closing the deal as others do.

I got my space to shop and all my queries were attended.

It's frustrating to realize they were now trying to overcharge me for their mistake. The whole experience was marked by poor service and unreliability, especially for customers who are located overseas. Do not use this business

I talked to Gempundit.com customer support team, They asked me to arrange this stone for me with images. They took some time for it but they provide me images and relevant information on my email id. I ordered this stone from gempundit.com. I received it in 3 days with free lab certificate. I am thankful.

Bought emerald totally different then wt they showed in picture and charged so much.spend so much money not worth and happy doing online purchase.
