I would like to mention that I've been ordering from this site for one year. Every month. I buy a wig. I've never had a problem with them, but I have realized that all the new negative Reviews are Coming From the past four months. Even on the better business bureau. They are complaints begin in April. The Quality they used to have before. It's no longer there. I Ordered two wigs. One of them arrived, and I ordered 300 density. I always get 250 and it. It's a lot of volume, and this wig was 150 density (I ordered 300). I emailed them asking them to either send me the hair bundles it's missing or I could send back the wig and they could add the extensions that it's missing. I didn't want a refund. I just wanted the wig like what I paid for because the density is extra. They did not accept this request. They don't want to assistant anything, and even though I sent them pictures. They say that the wig was manufactured correctly that they certified that MIND YOU they don't have the wig in front of them to certify anything. So at this point I'm disappointed and scared because like I said, I bought two wigs. I asked them to cancel the second one and they said I need to pay a $15 manufacturing fee. I then read their terms and conditions and nowhere and their terms and conditions. Does itsay that I need to pay a $15 manufacturing fee for an order that has not been shipped. It was still processing. About 14 days later. They said that since the week is custom it required manufacturing. This is something that I was not aware of, and something that is nowhere on their terms or policies. Which, if it, I would've never taken the risk of ordering that wig. I then went back-and-forth with them all day about canceling the wig. I kept sending them screenshots of their policies and their ownterms of conditions, and how they are violating them by trying to charge me for a cancellation for a wig that hasn't even been shipped. I received the message now saying that the wig was finished processing, and that they Hope. I enjoy the wig and that I gave it a chance, but I've been telling them all day to cancel that order. So now I am out of $500 with one wig that I hate and another wig coming. That is most likely even worse.
Do not purchase from this company if you have a timeline or need your item by a certain date. Their website is totally a lie and they provide ZERO customer service other than to gaslight and ignore you. It has been 17 days and I have no item and no timeline on getting the item. I have requested 7 times to cancel since my event has passed and am ignored every time. Poor service and experience all the way around and I don't even have the item I paid $200 for.
This company is a scam! As other people have said then send you a poor quality wig and refuse to accept returns after prolonging email exchanges.
I ordered 300% density 24" body wave 13 x 6 wig. What arrived was 12" 200% density. I emailed them within 30-60 minutes of the item being delivered with a picture advising them I'd like to return the unit. They responded telling me that they checked with the factory workers and I'd been sent the right item.
I refuted this and directed them back to the picture comparison, they told me the hair in the picture had been professionally styled. So I sent them a YouTube video of their 24" hair (https://youtu.be/vxQku8cRizM?si=aacrSawwfp_wGpJD) which was longer than bra strap length and they offered a $20 partial refund with $80 off a future purchase. Would would I ever future purchase?
The hair arrived on the 26th February 2025, I emailed them within 60 minutes of the hair arriving. It is now the 2nd March (UK time) and I am yet to receive instructions for return and my refund.

Buyer Beware! Waste of money. The wig did not remotely resemble what I ordered. It's actually the ugliest wig I've ever seen and it is too small.
I ordered to wigs from Geetahair and received them in about 2 weeks. I followed the instructions on the website requesting an exchange as the wigs I received were not as pictured. They were poor quality too thin and silky. After going back and forth for several emails being told I received what I ordered and refuted the quality of their product I quoted & requested their return policy. They then told me it would cost $180 in custom fees to return the wigs to China. I requested proof of fees and a way to remit payment. I didn't receive the proof; however did receive a link which led me back to Geetahair website and prompted me to pay $100. Needless to say they do not honor their return/exchange policy.
I recently had a very disappointing encounter with Gettahair. The product I receive was nowhere near what was advertised the quality of the lace was subpar and did not meet the high standards promised. Attempting to return the item was equally frustrating and designed to prevent you from returning and charging an additional $180 leading to further loss. Save your time and look elsewhere Gettahair are not what they claim to be and should not be allowed to misrepresent in this way.
I placed an order for a wig on March 31st. It was for a precut wig and they stated it would be delivered 5 to 7 days after purchase. I still have not received my wig and there isn't any update on the shipping. Please advise this company is a scam. They act friendly but in reality they don't care. I will be disputing this charge with my bank as fraud
I'm not new to ordering wigs online and for as many wigs as I've ordered, I should've been keeping a list of companies I like and to avoid. Geeta Hair is one of those company's to avoid! I ordered a wig before that was supposed to be blondish and asked for a picture before it was shipped, which I've done before with other companies because I'm a natural redhead and can't wear dark hair. Well, they sent the picture, which was wrong and shipped it anyway, and refused to issue a refund. This time, I tried to cancel the order before it shipped the very same day I ordered it and they gave me this song and dance about it being customized for me, which is a lie, then after about 10 emails, said it was at the airport ready for shipping. Good thing I had the forethought to pay thru PayPal, who offers buyer protection, and will issue my refund! I dodged a bullet that time. I tried telling them that people are more willing to do business with you if you're honest and that I've canceled wig orders before and still do business with that vendor in the future because of their honesty.
I ordered a brown wig and they sent me an awful shade of blonde which was wayyyy different than what was pictured. I email them about returning it and they pretty much refused saying it would cost me more to pay for shipping back to china then it would to dye it. I told them I have never dyed a wig before and wasn't comfortable doing so and they again refused the return and only issued a $50 refund for a $300 wig. They also deleted my review on their website which I find shady as well. I am left with a wig I will not use…
As a professional who has been providing hair services for years, please beware of this company as they false advertise and will not issue you a refund, in stead they email back with many excuses
It took about a week n half only because a flight was delayed. Hair is soft and true to length. No smell at all! Preplucked as well.
I ordered a 22in colored Jerry Curl unit from this company in good faith. I have my go to places but I saw an advertisement and wanted to try a colored curly wig. I went through the whole stages of prepping and preparing and went to wash the wig. And it completely matted. Due to my experience with hair companies I just tried to detangle and condition because sometimes it's the buyer. But the actual hair on the lace came out beautiful and never tangled the hair on the wefts were matted completely. I went to file a claim and email them to resolve the issue and they only wanted to offer 30 dollars for a wig that was supposed to be worth 208. If the whole wig was matted or tangled I could understand it being used error, but I genuinely believe they put better quality hair on the lace than the rest of the wig. And then said it was user error. If that was the case why only one section of the wig not tangled and the rest is? I can admit as a consumer if I did anything wrong and take the L. But the company clearly doesn't care and wants a profit. The hair also has black tips and the end as if the hair was burnt? (Over processed) I would never buy from this company again and I feel bad for other new places who want to sell something of quality because I will be sticking to my usual companies due to this experience.
