Be prepared to pay for a wig and receive a totally different one. Also, when I first attempted to return it due to the low quality of the wig, wrong length and overall not liking it they gave me HELL. Firstly, they had be send a picture which they used to access the quality, saying that was nothing wrong. How can you even determine that via a photo? I told them I still wanted to return it and get a full refund. They offered me everything but what I asked for: a discount code to their store and a low price toward another wig. I SAID NO. Then they kept trying to avoid giving me the return address. FINALLY after weeks, they sent the return address, which I paid for and got tracking on. They said all I would be required to do is pay a $15 restock fee. When it was received by them they KEPT PLAYING GAMES. They said they were backlogged and needed a couple of days to check in with their factory after sending them proof via tracking that I was returned and received. Three days later, I reached back out them them, and they then ask4r for the tracking number AGAIN. Mind you this was my THIRD time sending it. And you wouldn't believe it after sending it, they TODAY asked for it again. The item was received on June 9th and we are now on June 17th, with me being NO closer to getting my money back. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT support this fradulent business!

They really sent me the worst wig and did not do the extra services I paid for and I emailed them instantly after opening the package and it's been a week and I have not gotten any emails back. They're purposely ignoring me because they don't want to accept my return when it's their fault. Don't order from here
