I was struggling with my Economics task, but the Geek they found for my task guided me through the solution in a way that made it seem simple and efficient. Now, I am planning to use their help on a regular basis.

I am currently taking a financial course. They have failed my past exam and only refunded my account half. From a professional stand point if you don't complete the task you provide great customer service and grant a full refund for failing. I am so disappointed this is the way they deal with a loyal customer. I wish i could say valuable but obviously i am not.

The deadline for my assignment was not met, despite extending it two times as per the account manager requests. I was not able to turn that part of the assignment in, hopefully I will still get a passing score based on the questions I answered myself. Not a reliable service in my opinion, no heads up or notice that there were going to be unable to do their part, besides asking for time extensions that ultimately were not met. I'm working on getting a refund of the deposit paid, hopefully they'll honor that. I will wait the 5 business days.

Horrible waste of money. I even asked for a top geek, but honestly if this was the work of their top geek then I shudder to think what a regular geek would produce. I had provided papers to cite however they couldn't even get the names of the papers right forget any of the facts or content. It was inaccurate and unusable, eventually had to write the whole thing myself. $300 down the drain.

Whoever did the assignment was great but the website itself kept trying to get more money out of me when it wasn't that much. Definitely expensive and try's to get as much out of you as possible but it is effective

Please do not trust them with your work, especially if you are in a bind. They will make matters worse and leave you with less time to complete the work on your own. I'm not sure who they have working there, but they either run your work through a program or the people there do not speak good English. I sent them work to summarize articles in 1/2 a paragraph and then do a comparison to the units I provided them. Instead they summarized the units, not the articles AND the writing made no sense. If I were to hand this in, I would definitely fail. Please stay away. At the very least, they said they would refund me my money. I had to keep asking as they kept promising they would fix it. I'm not confident I'll get my money back, but we'll see and I'll put a claim through my VISA if not refunded. Awful awful service. Never again. I learned my lesson.
