Their CS make a very Quick Response, I apply that the item of the order which is still not yet shipped. I just change my mind to cancel the order email their customer service I no longer interested in this item and want to have a Full Refund. One day later they email me the cancellation is confirmed and I will have my Money back very soon. Today I have my money via Paypal. Thanks
