The best part about them is they don't waste your time by putting your call on hold. My PC was having some issue from Saturday night so i called them and on Sunday morning my PC was working absolutely fine. I am happy to share my feedback here.

The best part about them is they don't waste your time by putting your call on hold. My PC was having some issue from Saturday night so i called them and on Sunday morning my PC was working absolutely fine. I am happy to share my feedback here.

I would highly recommend Geek Squad, I was having some computer issues with my Excel and he was able to fix the problem very quickly. He was so professional and an extremely nice guy. Very trustworthy. I am so happy now to have my problem fixed.

GEEK SQUAD HAD terrible service the year 2020 -21! I could not get through to receive repairs. The calls are dropped, I was put on hold with no response, the online Geek Squad Service never works: the system fails to pick up, or drops, or cuts off the call for online remote computer repairs. Several times I was told I had to wait for 7 to 8 hours for the remote repair services through Geek squad online, b/c they were 'backed up'.
NOTE: I finally received a call from Best Buy, and the Rep offered a gift card in the amount of my Geek Squad subscription, b/c I never received any Geek Squad services for that year.
The next year (21-22) Geek Squad services improved. I had to buy a new computer and Geek Squad support gave me their own phone number to call if anything went wrong. They did a good job setting up my new computer. I could call them directly if there were any problems. Geek Squad said they were not happy that Best Buy did not let any calls get through to Geek Squad, but they could not do anything about it, except give a new customer their phone # to call a Geek Squad agent directly if anything went wrong with a new computer set up. Also It was not as hard to set up an online Geek Squad remote appointment online as it had been. A big improvement.
