I have only ordered once, 2 coffee mugs with camping references on them and was very happy in receiving them on time and they look great! Have had many comments on how adorable they are and where to get them.
I ordered two 11 oz Halloween themed mugs on Oct. 10th, one white with print, another black with color print and some graphics in the design. Received two emails on the 12th indicating each was "being made," and that the time could vary depending upon the customization level, but "max about 10-14 days" and then still to be shipped. The white mug was shipped on Oct. 12th and received in good condition few days after. Quality was fine. Somewhat lightweight. Holds up to 12 oz water. The other shipped Oct. 19th and we received Oct. 25th also in good condition. There is a faint change between the black of the mug and the black design overlay. You have to look close to notice. The printed design looked nice, more glossy, and possibly slightly darker/finer font than appeared in the online store.

Every morning, I have enjoyed my black coffee mug with my hometown emblazoned on the graphic. The cup is a generous size and in the dishwasher daily. The finish stays shiny and the logo isn't damaged by the dishwasher. Wish I had purchased more. Customer service and shipping were great.
