I have ordered from Gear Bubble a few times this last year. There was a problem with one of the items, so I e-mailed them with my problem. They answered right away, asked for a photo (entirely reasonable), and very quickly and professionally solved the problem. They were professional, prompt and courteous. I would definitely order from them again!

I have bought several different mugs from GearBubble and they always arrived quickly and in great shape. The only downside has been that after a year or so the black starts to fade but very happy overall.
We never received the correct product. We received 3 mugs with different names on them, but never the correct names. When I inquired on about it, I was given a hard time from the customer service folks and had to fight to get my money returned. In fact, I had to file a complaint with PayPal before I received my refund.
I find it funny that I received an email stating that competitors are leaving bad reviews for this company when, in truth, it is dissatisfied customers who are leaving the reviews. I would never purchase another product from this compnay.

Last Christmas I saw a personalized chain and pendant that I purchased for my daughter. We both understood that it wasn't designer quality jewlery but the message conveyed on it meant a lot to both of us and I'm sure that she will keep it for ever. I made the purchase online and the piece was delivered as advertised. Overall, it was a good shopping experience.
I had a great experiance with GrarBubble! They took my order on line, my grandsons cat printed on a "T" shirt with the cats name under the picture. GearBubble even included my grandsons name on the shirt which made it that more special. My only disappointment was they didn't carry childrens sizes. I bought the smallest shirt they had, and it works wonderfully as a night shirt. My grandson is 6 now, he was 5 when he got the shirt for Christmas, and was very happy with it. GearBubbles service was great, even when I complained about the lack of childrens sizes, they answered very quickly stating that was something they would take into consideration. The process was much faster then expected for the "T" shirt, and I recieved my orded within a few weeks. Very, very happy customer here, will do business with them again for myself this time... This was my second shirt from GearBubble!

I ordered a Disney mug for my wife which arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and is still in daily use. As I read through the pile of one star reviews, I find it very interesting that so many are dated the same date. Different names but the same sentiments, and all on the same date. Pretty obvious that they aren't real reviews. This one is. Had no issues with the company in any way and would buy from them again anytime. Thanks for a great product!
I have 4 dogs, and all have Native American names. Even though the ad only showed one name on the mug, they put all 4 on per my request, and got them all right. Very impressed with the accuracy, and speed of service. The dog mom was happy also!

My son is a chemist, so I get him all the chemistry/scientist related t-shirts. He gets so many compliments at work when he wears them. Even the big-wigs come down out of their ivory tower to check out his shirts, they love them. They've changed to dress code to include science only themed t-shirt (the only others that are allowed are sports ones on days of playoffs) We've started a new trend in his building with GearBubbles unique science t-shirts!
