GE Appliance Parts

I order a part from these guys to repair my microwave which wasnt working and the shipping said it would be 5-7 Business days. I waited for two weeks for it to arrive. When they finally shipped it and I saw that it was going to take 7 more days to arrive so I finally found a local appliance supply house to buy the part from. When the part finally arrived from geapplianceparts.com 3 weeks after I ordered it I followed the instruction to return the part. Well they didnt reimburse me for the shipping costs and they require that I pay the return shipping. So the $20 part will end up costing me $20 to ship both ways. This after it took 3 weeks to deliver it in the first place. I called the returns department and spoke to Shantal to ask for a full refund but apparently in the small print on the original order they state that they can take up to 3 weeks to deliver and since it was delivered on the very last day possible they wouldnt give me the time of day. Shantal was so disinterested that when I mentioned that I would be leaving a negative review of my experience she said rather sarcastically yeah you do that probably knowing that there is nothing one customer like me could do to affect geapplianceparts.
