After purchasing the owner asked customers to contact him directly with?s. Think that came a little late in the process, should have been advised by first customer service girl that he gives complete advice and recommendations for your particular job. I'm still prepping my floor for the Rust Bullet for concrete, don't want to be disappointed with the results after all the time/money invested.

Product arrived in a timely manner and was what I expected. The edge trim was two separate pieces, one short and one long, not one continuous length as it is described on the website. This does not affect my project but if I had needed the full length piece I would have returned the order. Something to consider in the future.
