Just ordered floor coating this morning. Sales girl was very courteous and when she was not sure of a question that I asked, she did not BS me. Next thing I knew I was getting my question answered by the president of the company.
This really impressed me, and made me feel that my purchase was a great one!
I will take before & after images, and comment, as I go through the application process.

Web site is straight forward, product is good so far but the shipping was a nut roll! Pieces arrived piece-meal (1 of 5,2 of 5, etc) but delivery happened over multiple days. I can put down a roll of flooring until it arrives; all of the trim and joint pieces came before the rolls. Further, FEDEX listed a different day for delivery each day until the last pieces arrived. Yes, it was free shipping, but I would have HAPPILY paid a bit extra for shipping that all arrived ON TIME and ALL TOGETHER.
I bought the ribbed flooring and it really suits my needs. Was easy to install and it looks great. More important, it will protect my newly painted floor.
The site had very helpful information that drove my decision to choose the right coating system for my application. The interface was pretty easy to navigate to add the products needed.
