I'm trying to get it to lay flat 6 days and counting. Is it ok to drive on with wrinkles?

The shipping was a different story. I'm guessing that because the roll was 10 ft. Wide, it had to go common carrier LTL? All of the rolls I ordered last year were 8 ft. Wide and they came via UPS or FEDEX
And were delivered to the front of the house-no signature needed. This time XP the LTL carrier had the wrong phone number- I gave them the correct number-signature required-they delivered the next day-yesterday. The driver was on his way when he noticed a sign that read - "no trucks" on one of the streets leading to our house - it didn't say "except for local deliveries" He wanted to meet me somewhere but I had no way of removing or carrying a skid-no truck etc. He was reluctant to go on but called his terminal and they advised him that it was his call so he decided to take a chance. Fortunately, all went well - and he was extremely helpful and I thanked him profusely.
Perhaps in the future if certain size items require this type of shipping, it may be a good idea to notify the purchaser at the time of order so that they can make the necessary arrangements ahead of time.

Overall experience was excellent. Staff is very courteous and helpful. All my questions and concerns were quickly answered with live chat. I even received a copy of my chat history by email, which is a great reference. The products were nicely packaged, and the shipping was fairly quick. I got an email from Justin, the owner inviting me to call for a walk thru of the garage floor coating process. Justin gave me very detailed instructions and made sure I was ready to do my own polyurea coating. This turned out to be a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend this company to anybody!

The floor mat is working well to catch the snow and water but I wish I could get it to smooth out and lay flat. I brought it into the house for 24 hours to warm it up but it is still wrinkled from the folding during shipping. I'm sure on a hot summer day it will completely relax but it is winter now and it is hard to squeegee the water off with the creases and wrinkles.

So far it is working great at keeping the water from going all over the garage. The only issue we have is that is does not lay completely flat, but this is probably because it was so cold when we received it and still is. This does not stop it from keeping the water contained. We are very pleased with the product so far.
