The delivery expectation that was set by the wording in the offer was not well defined. My order was 3 work days and 2 weekend days later than I expected. I love the floor but I wish the info had been better explained upfront.
Had a mix up with the shipping... didn't receive everything, but it worked out fine and customer service refunded me appropriately. Great product, it was good to work with and looks great. Time will tell how it holds up, but so far so good.
Very quick service and delivery - the garage mat itself is more "wrinkly" than I anticipated vs my old smooth mat (that was ripped and had to be replaced). The new one is not "relaxing" or smoothing out, probably because it is not warm here. I may have to wait for next year to fully evaluate the mat. It looks like it will hold water and is not slipping around on the floor which is something I had worried about. I had thought about going to the thicker mat but it would have been too large for my garage. I am glad that I bought the medium size vs the smaller size because of the wrinkles in the fabric as that shrinks the overall size.
We now have 3 Park Smart Pads; I'd say that's a pretty good recommendation, wouldn't you? I'd buy them again if I find a need for one! Excellent product & we did a good job installing if I must say so myself! Can't go wrong with the product; we used the heavy gauge mat & are very pleased with it.
So far, so good. Can't wait to receive this Drymate floor mat product for our home in frigid Illinois. Garage is a mess with ice, dirt, salt. If you know of any floor cleaning that wouldn't require a lot of water so we can clean floor before we put the mat down would be helpful! Thanks
It was easy to lay it out but very time consuming trying to get the wrinkles and folds out, there are still wrinkles and folds in it. Today I noticed a round black mark and am concerned wondering if it is possible for it to catch on fire from the catalytic converter and if my car has one.The mat does slide around and is a chore to get the ice, water,salt & dirt off of it. I am disabled so it would be to hard to move it out of the garage door and clean it I also would have ice at the top of the drive then. It has been around zero and below zero to about 10 degrees here for several weeks now.

Purchased two ribbed mats for my garage, and one for my neighbor's garage. All three mats arrived quickly and were packaged securely, yet easy to access the mats. My neighbor and I both have long flat driveways and we un-packaged the mats in the driveway and let them sit in the Colorado sun for a couple hour; mat relaxed and virtually all the curl was released prior to positioning in the garage. Easy to micro adjust once in the garage. It has yet to rain or snow, so can't review the performance of removing moisture from the garage mat as yet, but so far it's been very easy to sweep debris out the garage door. So far, very pleased with the mat. Good value for the money.

This is at least the second item that we have purchased from Garage Flooring and we have been extremely pleased with each item. The garage floor coverings work as described in the website and are always very reasonably priced. We would recommend Garage Flooring to anyone interested in protecting their garage floor from the elements brought in by automobiles.
The product i received was exactly what I expected. Great quality and matched the description on your website perfectly. My only complaint was there was no follow up after I placed my order and after I called to see where my order was, I never heard back. It just showed up at the house 10 days later.
Ordered a small coin mat and am very happy with the product and the appearance. Only gave 4 stars because the freight handler dumped it by the side of the road and I was responsible for getting it to the house.

Your service is excellent. The floor mat does contain the water, salt & mud under the car so it is rather a mess. The mat seems a little flimsy, but will see how it holds up. Incidentally, I have a 2012 Honda CRV-LX & the 16' mat is plenty long. This might help other customers & save them the higher price of the longer mat.
So far the garage floor seems to be good. We have not completely laid it out as my husband is doing it himself and we have a three car garage so it is taking some time. I think he will be pleased with it when it is finished.
I have received my order within days, well packaged and tiles are just like they show. I have not yet installed them yet but with the help and cooperation I have received from this company, I'm sure they can help me with just a phone call. I would definitely buy from again and recommend this company to others.
Great shipping and ordering but the product is terrible.
I ordered two ribbed floor mats to use in my shop under my lifts. They look decent but they are a nightmare to clean. The ribs do their job of channeling water but in and enclosed environment you have no easy way of removing the water/waste.
The ONLY way these would work is if you can hose them off outside. Not too mention any water or liquid will then get underneath. I suppose they would work if you don't mind dragging them outside to clean once in a while.
Another annoying trait is that the edges are easy to trip over. They don't lay completely flat, if you turn a car wheel in the slightest it will fold/wrinkle. They also imprint very easy. I had a '67 Vette rolling frame on it for two days and the tire tread left imprints in the ribs.
I started my garage renovation over a year ago. At that time Sami helped answer all my questions while I planned what I was going to do with the space. During all this time there was nowhere else I was going to go to order my tiles thanks to your customer service.
It was all very clear and easy to find what I was looking for. Once we got it, we laid it out in the sun to soften it a little to get wrinkle out. The only thing I would have liked is if it could have been about a foot wider than what it is. Sometimes it is hard to line up the car to get it exactly in the center of it. It hasn't snowed yet so I haven't had snow or ice on my car. Still waiting to see how well it works.
The product was easy to install--remove from box, sweep water off the garage floor, unfold and layout. No snaps. The mat is limiting the water in our garage. (There was already some from the heavy snowfalls that fell before I purchased the mat) I just wish that I had purchased it before the snow started falling. Then my garage would not have any water. Next year I will make sure that your mat is on my floor at least a week before the snow.

Promised delivery date was not met. Had only a few days between closing, painting, and furniture delivery. Within that time frame we had planned on application of Rust Bullet. Delay prevented us from applying Rust Bullet to garage before the arrival of home contents.
Delay prevented us from applying product to garage before movers arrived. I now have the remnants of 3 bedrooms in my garage. Could now be weeks/months before I can now get back to this project. Delivery ended up being several days late; not all Garage Flooring's fault (we live in a brand new neighborhood and UPS couldn't find our address - FEDEX could).

Finally, Rust Bullet cans were severly damaged (crushed).
One product that I ordered was not the size that I actually needed. Contacted company to exchange for a proper size product & there was no problem in doing so. I appreciate the assistance received from Garage Flooring!
