Good description of products. Only problem is being the time of year I bought the product. I installed the ribbed rubber mat a few days after receiving the product. If it was a bit warmer out the mat would probably lie better on floor. I bought one section and had to duct tape one end to the floor. Hard to get the ends to keep from curling up. Otherwise it is a nice product and hopefully the mat will lie better as it warms. No problems with the sides

The product was (is) great! And, I really can't complain because you had the best price on the G Floor I was looking for, it was in great shape, and you gave me free shipping that went out quickly on a 44 foot mat that weighed 375 pounds! I only wish that you had told me that I would need to have someone or something available to take the delivery off of the truck. Luckily, the company had a truck with a lift available, but basically it had to be left in the street until I could get some contractors to help me move it. Just a heads up of what would be needed to handle the product on our end would have been very helpful.

Aug 13...Delivery was good. I have an issue with bumps on one of two mats and have been offered a replacement after sending pictures. I am very happy with this product. A much better option than epoxy in Michigan winters. Half the cost and one day installation. I got the edge moldings and highly recommend you get them too. Use Indoor/Outdoor carpet tape under moldings only, allows you to pull out the mats and reinstall if any reason to do that comes up.

G-Flooring arrived on time and, and even though I recruited a neighbor to help, the delivery driver removed the rolls from truck and placed them where I wanted them. Great service. My two 24'x10' rolls arrived with temps in the 80s so I was able to unroll and install the flooring right away. I followed installation guidelines from the enclosed literature and also as shown online. I ordered the slate grey large coin and it laid down easily, cut very easily with a utility knife and fully relaxed flat within 2 days. I used the optional center joining strip as well as the door thresh hold strip which I highly recommend for a finished look. The finish is between satin and gloss, is not slippery to walk and work on, allows easy rolling for my creeper and tool carts and the color works perfectly to locate dropped bolts/nuts, etc. It's been installed now for just under a month and I couldn't be more pleased. Take advantage of the free samples to ensure you like the colors/patterns.

Two problems that were resolved.
1) Order was shipped twice from manufacturer. Found out after receiving initial shipment. Was able to contact garagefloorinc and get second shipment turned around.
2) Order arrived with one box open and loose tiles on the shipping pallet. Some were dirty but not were damaged.

Overall very satisfied with product and support from garagefloorinc. Floor is now installed in my shop with no issues (110 tiles).

My online interaction with Garage Flooring was very good, and they have been great about followup. My garage floor has been too wet to put the mat down, however, so I can't really comment on the product. The delivery from UPS was not satisfactory -- they said I had to be home on a particular day to receive the product, so I was -- all day. Then UPS changed the delivery date to the following day, so my husband was home. UPS dropped the product at the door without having someone sign for it. So why did we waste two days waiting for delivery?

Sales / Service personnel (Kristi Hayden) was extremely professional, curteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She recommended product based on my application, followed up with the factory to ensure timely delivery, and provided additional advice and samples for a second application in our home. We used the small coin product in a basement pottery production area and are extremely pleased! We will definitely do business with this company again, and recommend them to anyone we know looking for this type of flooring. Great job!
