Good product! This is our second installation replacing an older BLT mat. The only issue was the material being rolled with the top side out. This stuff is heavy and made it difficult to unroll. I contacted Justin on this matter and the manufacturer had changed methods. Not a big deal but rolling with the bottom side out would make installation much easier.

I am a return customer because Garage Flooring LLC is a great company to work with. This mat is exactly as advertised and great quality. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that I was hoping it was a little thicker and less flexible. I am using it for a non traditional application, so my rating may be unfair. It is as thick as anything else I could find.

Shopping experience was really good. Trying to figure out the correct parking/floor/roll mat to use in a garage amongst the myriad of choices on the market is an absolute nightmare. I'm really hoping this mat will live up to the recommendations. Also, wish you offered the small coin in custom lengts. I really only need 18' and will cut the 24' to my needs but, will have an extra 6' to try and find a place to use? :)

Called Justin's cell phone on a Sunday afternoon and later one evening with a few questions / concerns and he answered both times and was very friendly and informative. He also took care of a few items I had ordered and didn't receive very promptly! Excellent customer service!

Samples arrived quickly and seem to be quality material, were actually using the small coin for our laundry room in our basement. Seems like a reliable and affordable alternative to conventional flooring. Great experience so far! After recieving the flooring and installing it we are completely satisfied with the product and pricing. It seems very durable and was the easiest flooring product I have ever installed.

Procedure with the product. I wasn't sure which side went under the door. After contacting your help personal they sent me the information I needed.

Product shipped promptly and was exactly as described. It is reasonably easy to put down, and stays in place without adhesives. It does require a bit of work to get the ends to uncurl, and if possible should be installed in warm weather.

Garage mat is fine, but easy to trip over sides of the Matt itself because the strips on the sides are so thick. Also, the recommended size (on the site after putting in make and model) was too long for the garage and therefore must be rolled over against the garage wall. So, it's
Functional, but it's not great and not very aesthetically pleasing.

The garage mats arrived on time and in good condition but the weather in MN is very cold and it is difficult to get the folds and creases to lay flat--maybe next spring. They are useful anyway and keep the ice melt contained until I can sweep it out.

Overall very pleased with the product and service. I installed the concrete sealer, put down an underlayment and installed the tiles in a 3 car garage. It turned out great and took about 10 hours total. Lots of compliments.
