Delivery was a day later than the tracking indicated however driver was very polite and basically unloaded it himself which I much appreciated.
A 10' x 25' Floor was installed in a 11' x 19' garage in a few hours with no problems.
Floor looks great.
Shopping Experience was generally good. Website was a little difficult to use. Product was completely delivered 20 days after my order, a little longer than the advertised 5-7 business days, but customer service was very helpful. The small coin floor mats are beautiful.
Laid out half a dozen questions (several of which I later answered via digging through the website) around 11am and only got responses to two of them by close of business. Had to hound them for shipping updates, it took several days just for the item to leave the plant, and I don't remember reading about that particular delay anywhere (somewhat spoiled by Amazon I am sure).
Because of the good reviews on your site I ordered the Auto Floor Guard mat. I cant tell you how upset and disappointed I am with the mat. I had purchased a Park Smart mat a few years ago and it was time for a new one. After reading your reviews of the Auto Floor mat I bought that. BIG MISTAKE! Before laying it in the garage it was unfolded in the lower level family room in my house for a few days so it was not stiff just out of the box. It is a bumpy mess and water splashes around because the bumps create large puddle areas. I want to return it but am not sure how. Help! I will gladly purchase the 50 mil Park Smart instead.
Took a little while to figure out exactly which edge to order.
Unfortunately, two of the boxes opened while in the UPS truck when the driver had to stop. He and I went through the truck and picked up all the tiles that were all about. In total there were 6 boxes that opened up. I attribute the opening of the boxes to each box having only ONE (1) strand of tape going around it. That's no way to ship a large 39 pound box. Little short changing on packaging as far as I'm concerned. A smaller box containing the edges had considerable tape holding it together. That's my only negative comment.
Easy to use website.Quick free delivery by FedEx. These mats are longer/wider and made of a more thicker high quality material than the previous CarPad mats I had. Love the foam edging over inserting garden hose into prior mats for edging which cracked and came out of place. Very satisfied with your product and ease of the buying experience. You do get what you pay for with your product!
Initial purchase: Good experience except no where in the ordering process to leave a note for special instructions.
After the purchase, there were a couple of small issues that were immediately remedied.

So far so good, just submitted first order.
Received the order, it was what I was expecting and it is working well for the moment. The only problem, small item, is that the ends tend to curl up and has not settled into a flat position. The instructions said about three days to settle flat but the ends are stubborn. Had to use tape to drive over the mat without crushing it back. Will wait for summer heat to see if that is the answer.
Rust bullet floor paint was not easy to use. It was hard to mix, mixed it for 5-7 minutes and was still not blended totally.
I applied two coats and it left noticeable roller lines. I then applied a third coat using a new roller very lightly doubling my rolling area and it seemed to help alleviate some of the roller lines but they still exist
It was easy to research the different options and determine what I ultimately wanted to purchase. I had a couple more questions before ordering, so called and talked to Justin. He was very helpful. My order was delivered earlier than I expected. I'm very pleased with the product.
Good price for the product and love the way it can so easily be folded up and put away if I need to use the space for other work. Some of the mats I looked at required much work to install or put away for the season. Like how heavy duty the HD one I purchased was, believe it will last for many years.
I had received my small order of eight tiles in the wrong color. I called and spoke with a young lady who quickly got the Utah warehouse on the phone and sent my right color out very fast that same afternoon. I revived them with in two business days! Amazing customer service. And I got to keep the wrong colored ones too. This was for a small area in my garage and when possible I will be ordering the rest of the garage with you guys! Thank you
This flooring is fantastic. I have a wood shop in a three car garage with some very heavy small based equipment in it, and the floor has no problem hold it. It is actually easier to move stuff and vacuums great because the stars stop the vacuum from sucking fast. I would recommend this floor for the Capitol building because stains come up supper easy, and there is a lot of bull in that building. Seller and flooring AAAA+++++

Applying the product today and looking forward to seeing the final results. So far - all good. Customer Service was great in helping track my order and everything received as advertised. I had done a big box store epoxy coating at my old house 18 years ago and was disappointed in how the product performed. Looking forward to a much better result with your polyurea product!

I am having trouble with the mats in cold weather - as is to be expected I guess. Very hard to put together when cold. We may have to wait until Spring!
I have not opened the package because I will not be needing it until we get snow next fall. I do have a friend who purchased one last year and he was pleased with the performance it provided. On his recommendation I purchased this item.

When ordering multiple items, it would be good if the shopping tools did not take you to the cart after each purchase. I needed to browse back to the same item to order an additional color.
The product is great. Free shipping is awesome, although UPS messed up part of my shipment. Garage Flooring quickly responded to my concern, and all was straightened out with UPS within a day. Thank you so much for a great product and great customer service.
This is some really tough floor paint the only issue I had is it didn't go as far as advertised I had to get more but on raw concrete it was to be expected. Second coat went much better great paint tho
Really good experience on the website, being able to mark out the floor pattern, check the price of tiles etc. Just installed it all down and took less than a day(not including the floor sealer). Not driven the car on it yet...
