Your customer service and attention to detail are excellent. I am very pleased with the product--it is perfect for my garage. I recently had the entire garage repainted (floor, walls, ceiling); I wanted a product to protect the floor from car tire tracks. It is the perfect product for my garage. Also, the delivery was very fast which also pleased me.

Nice, clear selection and helpful support when I wasn't sure which product was best for my dreary chicago winter weather! :) ... the only thing I wish was they sold an outer edge or something to let the very outer edge of the channelled mat, because I'm hoping the melted snow/ water runs out... but not sure how to best secure that edge so it lays flat. But overall, I'm happy with mat already!
The website was well done and finding the product I wanted, along with ordering, were all straight forward. The product arrived within the specified time and was in excellent condition. If I need a similar product I certainly will come back to this company.
As I have not yet installed the flooring, I cannot attest to its qualities, but I expect it will perform as expected.
This product is good. I have a pressure treated wood floor in my garage with a cellar underneath. This prevented the snow from melting off the car and dripping through the floor into the cellar.It was very cold when I laid it out which made it difficult. I had to use large washers and screws to tack it down on the ends. The middle was fine.My only complaint is that it is very slippery when wet so you have to be careful not to slip and fall. It does do exactly what I had in mind and the snow and water can easily be swept right out the garage door.
The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly but not very helpful. I had some questions about which products would work best in my situation and how to install it, etc. I had to pry the info out of her. I have never used this product before and don't know anything about it. It would be nice if she had been asking me questions about my application and then gave me the details about which product I should use and best way to install it.
Seamless especially with Paypal I have not even opened the box yet because I've been too busy. But I'm sure everything will be fine. I just got to clean the garage floor once the snow ends in the freezing weather ends in the spring and then I'll put them down. But I am sure they'll be fine.
Installation was quite easy with someone to step on the snap on pieces. I have one concern and that is the two short sections at the drive on end. Previous mats I've installed had the long pieces on either side. I guess usage will tell if the new design is reliable.

First let me say that the product is great. The company has sent me a few emails making sure everything went well. It's nice to see that! My only small complaint, the lady I spoke to in sales really wasn't interested in helping me. She basically steered me through ordering online. Maybe she was having a bad day, it happens! All in all, I'm very happy!
The ordering/shipping process all went well. Having problems keeping the containment carpet in place. I called Justin and left a voicemail. Waiting to hear back from him to see if he has any thoughts/ideas to resolve the problem.
Seems like a great product and exactly what I was looking for.
I used the flooring for a high traffic mudroom to my backyard.

We spent about 3 hours installing the floor tiles in our two car garage and as we were finishing, our neighbor who was out walking his dog, stopped by to take a look. He was trying to decide between painting or getting an epoxy finish on his garage floor, but after seeing the tiles on our floor, he took a picture of the shipping label so he wouldn't forget the company name, spent some time on the website designing his tile layout, and placed his order. I'm sure he'll be as happy with the results as we are!

I used your chat feature several times and both cora and sami were able to help me and friendly. Also Sami and Justin really came through when I had a problem with one of the boxes of tiles and was in a pinch for time. I would very highly recommend Garage Floor LLC to anyone. Customer Service and Support is second to none.
The tape came with no instructions but that was overcome with just a little thought. The garage door threshold was difficult to make adher to the floor since I didn't know whether I had to put something heavy on top (I did put the door down but there were areas that did not get compacted) or just let it "do its thing". Still slightly curling up at edges and corners so I think I'll have to put down some liquid nails at those points.
We needed an under car mat for our garage because one car uses dirt roads. The product was delivered in a timely manner and was as advertised. Good price, beating a common membership store price, and good quality. Thank you?

The liner that I ordered arrived quickly and well packaged. I trimmed it - with no problems - to fit the floor of my enclosed cargo trailer. This is a high-quality product, and Garage Flooring has been a pleasure to work with.
We live in northwest Michigan and get a lot of snow. We have a drain in our garage so the issue is not drainage but containment which this mat does so very well. It really has cut down on the mess and on how much salt/sand we track from the garage into the house.
Overall experience was excellent. Staff is very courteous and helpful. All my questions and concerns were quickly answered with live chat. I even received a copy of my chat history by email, which is a great reference. The products were nicely packaged, and the shipping was fairly quick. I got an email from Justin, the owner inviting me to call for a walk thru of the garage floor coating process. Justin gave me very detailed instructions and made sure I was ready to do my own polyurea coating. This turned out to be a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend this company to anybody!
