This site is the worst site what i use. I got random one trash game with 2 different codes. My all requests get refund. And i waste so many time because this site is too bad and not add rewards!

While they do offer you soul gems, there are alot of quests where even though you complete them, they reject you making up some excuse to not pay out soul gems. While you can get up soul gems from all the other tasks among the tasks you can complete from video games, it is really hard to know in advance what games will reward you and what wont. If you take them up on it, they refuse to help you and blame everything on you. I had several games myself where i did the quests several times with different new accounts to make sure i didnt do anything wrong. They rejected the quests each and every time. Regardless of me making a new account according to every step they require and do the missions as stated. Also alot of the surveys just kick you out at the end of the survey without awarding the soul gems, no matter how honest and consistent you are with your answers. I am also not the only one with these problems, there are plenty on the site who are begging for help to understand what they are doing wrong and plenty of others who lose their gems and not get their rewards because of faulty link or expired/used keycodes. So while it might look legit at first glance, the further you get on the platform, the more you start finding out what kind of business they are actually running.
Edit: after a long battle with them i did manage to get my quests accepted (it required me to even contact the quest giving game support) but it seems like the bot or whoever generally reviews those quests is erroneus at best, a jerk at worst... Getting a response from them can take up to several days so if you run into problems be prepared for one hell of a battle. Worse than what you have to endure in the games i might say. After finally getting my gems a month later, i got into another problem with their rewards... fortunately with that i didnt get a response from "misty"... their rather unhelpful and useless bot but someone named blowtorch who seemed a little bit more helpful, and he fixed issues with most of the things i had. Would i get into another month long agony with them for free games? Probably not. Do they reward you? Sometimes they do, sometimes not. All in all i woulnt reccomend it but i will rate it higher since at least one of their supports was able to fix the issues...

In conclusion, my experience with Gamehag was disappointing due to its poor performance and lack of credits. The platform's slow loading times, glitches, and outdated user interface hampered my ability to enjoy the features and benefits it offered. Additionally, the lack of credits and unresponsive customer support further exacerbated my frustrations. I hope that Gamehag takes steps to improve its performance and credit system to provide a better experience for its users in the future.

Expect to get banned if you use this site. Even if you go through everything that could be considered a vpn, proxy, or tor (Both software and OS). You would only get banned anyways cause the detection software they use to check these things is bugged and they probably don't even use the detection software they linked cause I used it and they came up false (means no vpn, proxy, or tor being detected) yet I am banned again for something I don't use.

The thing that pisses me off the most about this site is the support.
Not only do they not answer back at all, no matter how many times you bug them. The only time I got a answer back is when I went to steam forum. Even there I am getting radio silence now. They won't even tell you what you are being banned for exactly. So you can find the problem and fix it (assuming the detection software isn't giving out another false positive).

If I am having this much hassle just trying to use the site. I can't imagine what it must be like trying to claim a reward.

In conclusion if you get banned (regardless if you did something wrong or not) just give up, don't waste you're time like I have trying to get help.

So i bought a csgo skin in this $#*!ty website and i can't redeem, they gave me a $#*!ing codeslove link that doesn't work, i've been trying to redeem this $#*! for almost a week and all it says is error, their costume service is inexistent... this scammer website should be shut down urgently. BEWARE! First of all, it gives false impression that it can be trusted because it DOES reward you in the beginning or bought their VIP. However, they will stop rewarding you one day, rejecting your tasks by claiming you cheating/ridiculous reasoning such as completing task too fast (tho the task was easy and won't take long), sometimes they will reward for 1&2 tasks but reject your 3rd tasks by asking you to make a new account to complete it. It goes with same loops, never complete and event chest gone. There are many paid bots and fake users help to defend the site, do not trust them. Rewards are randomly picked for certain users, so don't waste your time on this SCAM!

Pros:
-Lots of objectives you can do to earn currency.
-Lots of ways to cash out.

Cons:
-The company is extremely disorganized. A lot of the information on their site is wrong and they are very slow to do anything.
-Takes up to 48 hours to get approved for anything you do.
-Small payouts for difficult objectives.
-Have to take screenshots to prove your objective is done but will probably get denied several times before it's approved because they want more than what is specified in the screenshots.
-No customer service on the website.
-Customer service is very slow to answer on discord usually and when they do, most of the time it's just to refer you to their automated bot.

This site does seem to be legit but overall, there are many other sites with higher payouts per objective, faster to pay out and with less hassle such as auto detecting when you have done objectives instead of having to jump through hoops to prove you have done something.

Gamehag will false ban you for using "vpn" if you get unbanned you must become level 3 to withdraw your reward, where less than 1% of users are level 3 or higher. So good luck

I have reached out to them numerous times and they respond weeks later saying did you sign up correctly. If I used the link in your app to sign up, then I signed up correctly. Please don't waste your time on this app. Sad but true.

Worst site ever, i do like 3-4 surveys, download games, doing tasks... After almost 2 months i didnt receive anything. Save yourself from hours and hours of doing tasks for nothing...

Not only is the payout for the tasks pretty low, but their rewards are almost always 'unavailable'. So not only do you have to mess around with non paying offers and the like, but once you actually have the 'gems' you can't use them on anything. Don't waste your time.

Okay so Gamehag won't stop stealing my XP, And recently REJECTED MY GOSH DARN TASK I DID FOR NARUTO ONLINE! I'm very pissed about that! I hate it for stealing my XP and taking away my possibility for me to finish a task successfully! > :(

I do not use a VPN. I do not use a proxy service. I do not use TOR. And yet Gamehag banned me today stating that I am using a proxy/TOR/VPN. I've been a member for 4 days. I just completed a mission/game assignment and right after I submitted proof of completion, they banned me. I know it looks like a really good, fun GPT site, don't be fooled. There are better services out there. SurveyJunkie, Surveys On the Go, Pinecone Research and others pay good money for surveys and are much easier to complete than the 4 days it took me to complete the Gamehag mission. Besides, if you follow the rules on those sites, they'll never ban you. You follow the rules on Gamehag and it's like roulette. Don't waste your time, just go to some other, much better GPT/Survey site.

Gamehag is just a bs website the tasks always get rejected for everything, from you dident complete the task for some reason, or you have 2 account but you dont, or you dident create your account on their website. And the games are skit too, Its mostly crap games exept Warthunder and some other, But alot of the games are sooo PAY TO WIN, its almost pointless, and then if youv had an account on a game you cant claim your points, i think thats soo anoying and pointless i dont want to redo all my hard work!
If you really want games and other stuff, get a job or something instead this is just bullskit!

I recieve 15 dollar visa card(1-10 dollar and 1-5 dollar), gta 5(before it was free in epic games), formula 1 2015, free silver lions and other fun games.So I dont think if it is scam.If you cannot use website, you cannot just say it is scam. Gamehag works on a virtual currency called Soul Gems(SG).
SG is used to open various chests which contain various games. I am not going into the details, but its not worth your time and money because
1). Earning SGs are very hard and Chests and games require you to have a lot of SGs.
2). DO NOT spend your money on SGs especially to buy chests!
I am regretful to buy SGs and spending them on the chests because I think that the chests are rigged. This means most of the time you are going to get $#*!ty stuff.
Although there's a slight chance of getting good stuff probably 1-2% only. Gamehag is just another form of gambling.
It can be only worth it if you have a lot of time and you can use that time to play $#*!ty games/ watch ads or write or rate reviews in order to earn SG. Then use that SG to buy the Games (not chests).
Gamehag also occasionally giveaways some games.

After the lucky period between November and January, the website started to get worse by returning to the levels of the past.

Ad-Cookies do not work and this means that you will play for 2-3-10 hours to get nothing in return. They will say that they cannot do anything, that it's advertiser's fault but who selected the advertiser?

The support is gone, I have been waiting for 10 days for an answer to the last problem and over a month for the previous problem.

Recently they announced 3 million users and for this it is even more unacceptable.The small realities are to be supported in the difficulties. They must be understood. But when you have millions of users: you have to improve! Hire staff, pay better, be more active!
