Pros:
-Lots of objectives you can do to earn currency.
-Lots of ways to cash out.
Cons:
-The company is extremely disorganized. A lot of the information on their site is wrong and they are very slow to do anything.
-Takes up to 48 hours to get approved for anything you do.
-Small payouts for difficult objectives.
-Have to take screenshots to prove your objective is done but will probably get denied several times before it's approved because they want more than what is specified in the screenshots.
-No customer service on the website.
-Customer service is very slow to answer on discord usually and when they do, most of the time it's just to refer you to their automated bot.
This site does seem to be legit but overall, there are many other sites with higher payouts per objective, faster to pay out and with less hassle such as auto detecting when you have done objectives instead of having to jump through hoops to prove you have done something.
I've completed several missions which grant gems on that website, but they rejected them all despite me meeting all requirements, like showing my level and username on screenshot. Those who get the missions accepted receive the amount of gems too small compared to the effort they put into finishing these tasks, so it feels like a waste of time to do them in the first place.
Also, the "Random" Steam Keys these people sell are all shovelware garbage. Avoid this website at all costs.

First - make sure that registration to the game was done by using Gamehag link available on Gamehag.
Second - did you ever played these games before? It may cause some problems aswell.

Its a dead site. Abandoned ffrom the owners for a site called earn web which is much more worse!
1. if you get a reward like a 10$ steam code, it comes used already.
2. no active admins or support (post a ticket its closed instantly)
3. Its filled with bots on the forums posting every time "whats your fav. Game" and the replies are gibberish.
4. theres no quests for rewards. Country specific so in canada we got 2 games for a year.

BEWARE! First of all, it gives false impression that it can be trusted because it DOES reward you in the beginning or bought their VIP. However, they will stop rewarding you one day, rejecting your tasks by claiming you cheating/ridiculous reasoning such as completing task too fast (tho the task was easy and won't take long), sometimes they will reward for 1&2 tasks but reject your 3rd tasks by asking you to make a new account to complete it. It goes with same loops, never complete and event chest gone. There are many paid bots and fake users help to defend the site, do not trust them. Rewards are randomly picked for certain users, so don't waste your time on this SCAM!

In conclusion, my experience with Gamehag was disappointing due to its poor performance and lack of credits. The platform's slow loading times, glitches, and outdated user interface hampered my ability to enjoy the features and benefits it offered. Additionally, the lack of credits and unresponsive customer support further exacerbated my frustrations. Gamehag works on a virtual currency called Soul Gems(SG).
SG is used to open various chests which contain various games. I am not going into the details, but its not worth your time and money because
1). Earning SGs are very hard and Chests and games require you to have a lot of SGs.
2). DO NOT spend your money on SGs especially to buy chests!
I am regretful to buy SGs and spending them on the chests because I think that the chests are rigged. This means most of the time you are going to get $#*!ty stuff.
Although there's a slight chance of getting good stuff probably 1-2% only. Gamehag is just another form of gambling.
It can be only worth it if you have a lot of time and you can use that time to play $#*!ty games/ watch ads or write or rate reviews in order to earn SG. Then use that SG to buy the Games (not chests).
Gamehag also occasionally giveaways some games.

I recieve 15 dollar visa card(1-10 dollar and 1-5 dollar), gta 5(before it was free in epic games), formula 1 2015, free silver lions and other fun games.So I dont think if it is scam.If you cannot use website, you cannot just say it is scam. Expect to get banned if you use this site. Even if you go through everything that could be considered a vpn, proxy, or tor (Both software and OS). You would only get banned anyways cause the detection software they use to check these things is bugged and they probably don't even use the detection software they linked cause I used it and they came up false (means no vpn, proxy, or tor being detected) yet I am banned again for something I don't use.
The thing that pisses me off the most about this site is the support.
Not only do they not answer back at all, no matter how many times you bug them. The only time I got a answer back is when I went to steam forum. Even there I am getting radio silence now. They won't even tell you what you are being banned for exactly. So you can find the problem and fix it (assuming the detection software isn't giving out another false positive).
If I am having this much hassle just trying to use the site. I can't imagine what it must be like trying to claim a reward.
In conclusion if you get banned (regardless if you did something wrong or not) just give up, don't waste you're time like I have trying to get help.

I do not use a VPN. I do not use a proxy service. I do not use TOR. And yet Gamehag banned me today stating that I am using a proxy/TOR/VPN. I've been a member for 4 days. I just completed a mission/game assignment and right after I submitted proof of completion, they banned me. I know it looks like a really good, fun GPT site, don't be fooled. There are better services out there. SurveyJunkie, Surveys On the Go, Pinecone Research and others pay good money for surveys and are much easier to complete than the 4 days it took me to complete the Gamehag mission. Besides, if you follow the rules on those sites, they'll never ban you. You follow the rules on Gamehag and it's like roulette. Don't waste your time, just go to some other, much better GPT/Survey site.
This site is the worst site what i use. I got random one trash game with 2 different codes. My all requests get refund. And i waste so many time because this site is too bad and not add rewards!
Not only is the payout for the tasks pretty low, but their rewards are almost always 'unavailable'. So not only do you have to mess around with non paying offers and the like, but once you actually have the 'gems' you can't use them on anything. Don't waste your time.

Gamehag will false ban you for using "vpn" if you get unbanned you must become level 3 to withdraw your reward, where less than 1% of users are level 3 or higher. So good luck
