I paid about $800 for a forex bot that does not work. I have tried to contact customer service by phone, but vendor has no phone number and it is based in Ireland. I have written multiple emails, but I get very late responses and canned messages that do not address the substance of my question or requests for assistance. Galileo FX falsely advertises "automated" expert adviser, however, the user has to make endless changes to the inputs for trial and error changes that so far have resulted in ALL LOSSES. I reported Galileo FX to the the US FBI ic3.gov cyber crimes division for their fraudulent practices, I will also pursue Interpol and/or relevant European cyber crimes prosecutorial agencies because Galileo FX is based in Ireland.
I just want Galileo FX to stop sending me dumb "reviews" and irrelevant messages and to credit back the $865.13 dollars charged to my account.

Galileofx reps are threatening me with criminal prosecution, so I was forced to file another cyber crimes complaint with An Garda Siochana, Ireland's police and security service.

Its a easy software, but make money easyly. Which gives us huge profit. I must say its very profitable software.

I wound up using the settings page and just concentrating on one currency pair. I added a stop and shortened the pip target. I also had to find a broker that allowed hedging and didn't have to follow FIFO rules. I don't think the robot does well at all with US brokers. It took a fair amount of work with a demo account, but I now seem to be doing will with a very high win percentage. I will probably have to get the Pro version, since I am about the surpass the profit capacity of the personal version.
Support is pretty much all automated, but they will tell you all you need to get up and running to make money. Beware: it is up to you to limit your losses or place a stop if you think the robot has made a bad trade. If you have a broker that follows FIFO rules, then you will have to work much harder to get good results.

I got a couple of questions, but I don't visit this site much.

Galileo FX works best in trending markets. For whatever reason, mine has only made short trades for months. (No answer from tech support for weeks.) I used the EUR USD pair to generate this review. When market conditions change, the robot is less reliable, so I have started to use longer time frames.

For the last few months, I have used these settings on the GBPJPY on the M30 time frame. It trades every few days and seems to do pretty well. I have these same settings running on a EURUSD pair as well, but just on a demo account.

This company is good at one thing (and one thing only), Marketing.

I bought the pro version when it was first released a year and a half ago for over $700 and could never get it to work in a live account. I've used their recommended settings, tried my own, and those suggested by others in the Facebook group.

What's amazing is their group is filled with hundreds of unsatisfied customers just like me. If you monitor it closely, those posts magically "disappear".

As of late, it has been suggested to "buy" yet another one of their products, Premium Settings. I replied to a comment in the group suggesting the company give these to people who already purchased the product, as I strongly feel that if they have found a way to make it work, we should be provided with updates. Why should I have to pay to fix something which never worked to begin with? And for that, I've been blocked from the group.

I have no other specific EA to recommend, but there are plenty in this price range. My best suggestion is learn how to trade on your own, either by Free YouTube videos (ICT, Price Action, etc...) and save your money.

Again, if they have an update to this product with results which work, provide it to those who paid for the robot. I could understand if the robot produced profitable results with minimal drawdown to begin with and their "Premium" settings offered more, but that is not the case. In fact, who knows if the "Premium" settings are just another scam to extract more money from people.

You know what the company could do (if this really worked)? Provide premium settings which produce results on 1 or 2 pairs for multiple time frames, THEN sell premium settings for other pairs. That would be more convincing than upselling me on something which does not work out of the box.

The fact that I have been BLOCKED from their paid Facebook group for posing a reasonable and logical solution to the "problem" of this bot not working (that is, if their premium settings really work) further lead me to believe it is nothing but a marketing scam. The well has run dry after a year so they are trying to get former customers to ante up again and upsell new people before they figure out they've been duped. I have no proof of whether or not these premium settings work, but I can tell you, the product straight of the box does not. If the company wants to provide the settings to me at no charge, I will test and revise reviews.

Its difficult to express how bad the product and service really is. I encourage all of you to attempt to call and speak to anyone from tech support or service. No phone number is available to call other than sales. After the purchase sales will not answer your calls. Your only option is a 2 to 3 week waiting list that you have to schedule through email. They will email you, they just will not address any of your concerns. It will take over two weeks just for them to get you started. Don't waste your time and money on this garbage.
