I did everything I was supposed to do. I bought the tool. Bought the "Expert settings" at a premium. Funded my broker accounts with a bit of funds. Then promptly lost my butt on the first day. Lost half my bank in that broker. Upon questioning about this with GFX CS, they said the Expert Setting I bought is too agressive. As in too few Bullish or Bearish markers in the bot settings.

Above ALL -> Everything is sold AS-IS with NO REFUNDS EVER. I found that out the hard way. I thought the state of PA 3 day back-out rule should apply. It does not. I was threatened with LEGAL ACTION on my request for a refund thru Paypal by GFX. Not Paypal. I thought a first class tool like this would have a "satisfaction guaranteed" warranty (for at least a time). IT DOES NOT.

So, unless you are an experienced daytrader who wants to modify.set files all day. This is NOT FOR YOU.

Seems to me as it is a pyramid scheme of some kind. Why else would they cap the monthly profit a user can make when buying the 2 lower level licenses? The argument that the 2 lower level licenses includes fewer charts is complete bull $#*!! The only way profit can be capped is if you cap the amount of money you invest as well as the potential percentage return on that amount. And, if they are able to do the latter then it is definitely a pyramid scheme!

Oh, GalieloFX flagged this review cause they want more people to pay for this product. Can someone from the United States let me know that this bot really works and not just back testing? Back testing is like looking at yesterdays lotto numbers and using those same numbers today, you're not gonna win. All the reviews on this site just say the same thing with very little word change, just copy and paste from GalileoFX, just a bunch of words with no real answers. Also, the dates of the reviews are not consistent, all of them are too soon and don't have specifics. I see that GalileoFX responds but with lengthy messages that are probably by Chatgpt. How about this, if GalileoFX is a real working bot, reply back with without using your companies name.

I have had Galilieo fx premuin for almost a year and it has been the worst experiance of my life. Theres one guy Chris who runs the US partand he is the most unpossifessial person I have ever met. After 6 plus months of beingtold he can't do this or that cause I hurt his feelings after I'm losing $1,000's a month is out of control. Today a new guy took all my stop losses off and start of the day I'm down 100's within the first 5 mins. I would join a group to sue and get our money back. DO NOT pay these guys for a service.It has been a nightmare and I am reaching out to lawyers so I can get back my money,plus I saved over 225 emails from this company not helping or explaining what they were doing. Advertised as an AI bot that adapts to changes in the market, but literally a trading bot that I can download open source software for free. It does not have any AI component like it advertises and it does not learn and adapt to the market. Waste of money and they threaten you if you write a negative review.

This company has proven to be one of the most frustrating I've ever encountered. It is incomprehensible that I can invest my money yet be unable to withdraw it at my leisure. They insist on additional payments before permitting any withdrawals. In my eagerness to retrieve my funds, I complied, only to realize I was being misled. During my online search, I stumbled upon A*N*G*U*S*L*T**D. O*R*G, who successfully helped me recover every last penny. I will always recommend A*N*G*U*S*L*T**D. O*R*G to anyone who has been scammed.

I purchased the Galileo pro and I ordered the installation package as well. Mark was the person who i booked the installation through. I waited 2 weeks to get it installed, and on the day I was to get it installed i had to email them to remind them that I had an appointment. First mark came on saying that his laptop was updating and he would contact me once it was done in 30 minutes. Well 30 minutes turned into 1 and 15 minutes before I contacted them again. I called 3 times and emailed them 3 times asking for a refund, i explained that the download is useless to me without the installation. I didn't hear anything from them until I disputed it with PayPal. Boy all of a sudden I have gotten all kind of different lies from the power going out, the next lie was i didn't have an appointment and finally back to a portion of the power went out. They have a systematic scam going, they make sure that you download the bot so they can install it quickly, but they won't install it and then keep your money. I will post on every social media site and every website with the scammers name on it. AT LEAST ME GETTING SCAMMED AND SPEAKING OUT ABOUT IT WILL HELP OTHERS STAY AWAY. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT, ITS A TRAP TO GET SCAMMED!

This is a scam. Don't spend your money on this, I purchased the pro and premium settings but I lost 40% of my account in 2 weeks. Take the money they charge and invest it somewhere else. They have no refund for a reason.

Galileo FX is the worst possible scam out there. The bot is completely useless and all those positive reviews on the internet are fake and paid for by the company. I paid thousands of dollars to purchase the bot and its premium settings. The bot lost money within a day of it being installed. Then it proceeded to lose even more money. I contacted the Galileo support team to try and resolve my issue, but because they are in Italy, the support for US clients is non-existent. They actually made things worse. After a week of having "fixed" my bot settings, the trading bot stopped working and making trades. It's the most useless piece of crap I have ever purchased. I am leaving this review because I really don't want anyone else to fall into this company's trap. Don't believe all those positive reviews. They are definitely fake and misleading. Don't make the same mistake as I did. I am including a screen shot of all the losses the bot made on my account.

Don't be fooled & deceived like I was with the positive reviews. I traded and lost real money like a fool when i should have at least started on the demo version. At that point I would have realized how bad and useless this software really is. They first set me up on the pre sets it comes with... lost hundreds. Then I purchased their "Premium" settings hoping to recoup my losses. It proceeded on its losing streak! Worthless crap! Their customer service also sucks... they will ignore you and not offer any refund. STAY AWAY!

Back in 2021 I bought this ea for a lot of money. Tried different settings which were added to the EA and different setups posted in FB groups. The results were very bad. Most trades where closed in loss. Trying to get in touch with support does not help. With a difficult question the other side stay silent. So I stopped using the EA, which I bought in version 1. Recently, I asked support if there already is a new version. Again, the other side stayed quit. So another bad review here.

As a beginner i can tell you this will not be your answer. Now I've had the opportunity to join groups of Galileo users, its obvious you need to be an experienced trader. Most posts in there recommend not using this if you are a beginner... it will wreck your account with the recommended settings. I never ran live after seeing what it did to demo account.
