G3 Visas

I was treated very well. I paid for the service but had to wait for a letter of intent. G3 passport contacted me by email and phone to start the process. I explained that I was waiting for the letter of intent and it was a week later that I received the letter of intent, which was required for the expedited service. The minute I had it I called and was taken care of by an agent over the phone who walked me through everything they needed. I asked to go over it again and she was patient and kind and went through it one more time with me. I was sent a Fed Ex slip and mailed off that same day. I was told it would be 4 working days and this was on a Thursday that I mailed all my documents off. I received emails all through out the process and was so happy that I actually had my passport in my hands on Tuesday of the next week. It was a great experience working with G3passports.com

My wife is leaving for Europe but had to leave Los Angeles for DC Thurs 6-29 and leave DC for Europe Sat 6-24. Tues 6-20 she discovered passport was lost! This place, from beginning to end led me through the process, helped me fill out the paperwork properly and Friday morning before 10 am her passport was delivered to our son's apartment in Maryland! There were a lot of steps in the process that had to be executed just perfectly but this company led me through it all the way. There was a girl by the name of Maria Céspedes who was the rep who guided me through the process. On top of that they sent email updates advising me when they received my docs, when the docs were hand-carried to the passport office and when the passport was shipped to my son.

Overall it turned out very well and I even received my passport a week earlier than they had said it would be. My only concern was I didn't feel it was communicated to me what the final step was I was to do. After I had gotten my papers together and filled out that I was supposed to, I looked everywhere on the site to see what was my next step and couldn't see it. So I finally called G3 to see what I was to do...not knowing it was expected that I would call them for that, but I didn't feel that the site communicated that well at all.

Due to my busy traveling schedule these coming 6 months, I had to apply for a multiple entry tourist visa to Togo 3 months before my departure. The process requires 10 business days with expedited service which would result in having my passport with visa back on the day of my departure for Japan. I wrote a letter to request the Togo Consulate to consider my case exceptional and allow me to get my passport back a day sooner so I could travel as planned. The staff at the Consulate wouldn't bulge. Out of desperation, I pleaded with Sylvia Htun for extra help. Sylvia went way beyond the norm and negotiated with the officials at the Consulate repeatedly on my behalf. They finally reconsidered my case and my passport with the Togo tourist visa is on its way back to me. Now I can keep all my original travel plan. I can't thank Sylvia enough for a job well-done. Because of the exceptional services I received from Sylvia, I will definitely use G3 for all my future passport and visa needs. And I will recommend G3 to all my friends and family. Julio Carrillo was a life saver for me. I hadn't realized my passport had expired and I am leaving for Mexico City on January 10th. I came to the office without airplane confirmation info or new passport photos. He let me call Jet Blue on the office phone (I had left my phone at home -- yikes!) who tried to email the plane info; then he told me where I could get quick passport photos. When I came back with the photos, Jet Blue email had not come through, so I tried again on Julio's phone and had the info emailed to his personal email which worked. He was so patient and helpful. I was pretty rattled and he made everything work. He is an outstanding employee.
