FXT Brokers provide no support at all when you want to withdraw money. I tried to make a withdrawal just to see how it works. The request was accepted but never processed further to Pending or Approved stage. Worse yet, since then when I tried to make a withdrawal it was rejected. It said "only one withdrawal is allowed"; yet, the same screen was showing Pending 0 and Approved 0. I asked for help by emailing several agents as follows: Vincent Martel (allegedly my account manager), Simon Cole, Mark Brahms, Charlotte Brown, Daniel Alford Anthony Alver and others. None of them helped. Meanwhile, some emails were suddenly undeliverable (for Mark Brahms and Charlotte Brown). The 'CHAT' feature is dead, nobody ever came to chat with me. I tried Support but again, no response at all.

Fxtbrokers treats it's customers with great deal of attention and care, I personally never seen that kind of broker before. On top of that, the online live chat is always available to get your issues resolved.

FXT Brokers is a good company with excellent support. They are very risk averse and take great care of client money. I have never had any problems and it all works like a dream.
I totally recommend FXT Brokers to anyone who wishes to make the maximum income out of their money investment.

Si FXTBROKERS existe y tiene una direccion, entonces no creo que tengan un problema en indicarnos donde estan, pues en Suiza estan en la lista negra del pais y en Autria tambien. En Londres la direccion no existe. Entoces si existen, donde estais para poder venir a recuperar nuestra inversion

Hello. I am wondering where you are located?. It seems FXTbrokers exists only since 5 months, no way to find your company neither in Cyprus, UK or Switzerland France or Spain even if you have local numbers in those countries. I have been looking for the names of the employee's name based on the comments from other users and nothing can be found on the internet. When I called FXTbrokers you refused to tell me your location. What should I think?

They claim that they are a great company but ripped me off completely as soon as I said that I would not invest more than my original amount of 250.00 USD. They asked me to deposit 250 euros and only gave me 250 USD. An agent by the name of Victor Zane (victor. *******@fxt brokers.com)
Kept putting high pressure on me to invest 5000-******* euros and when I said no all hell broke loose and he said I would be refunded but so far I got nothing. I went to my account to look at my balance and before my eyes I saw the 290.00 USD disapeer from the screen and balance at zero dollars.
I have contacted Interpaul and British Police to investigate but so far their address is fake and they are taking innocent people to the laundry with these scams. Glad I read the red flags and did not invest any more of my hard earned cash.Be careful with these people they will stop at nothing to rip you off! I even told them that I would leave a good review if I receive the money back but so far nothing... They also have my private documents such as my drivers licence picture but wanted a copy of my passport, bank card and hydro bill with my address. I provided scans and blocked part of my bank card so far to no avail. I am fully ready with the authorities to handle any fraud attempts they send my way. Also changing my bank card number and doing everything to protect myself against these scammers!
*******546 is false phone number my transactions # *******, *******,******* at FXT platform shows that I had that money there. If I receive my money back I will remove this review but its doubtful...
