Normal this is the way the company works as the aim of the company is to press you in order to make you send as much money as possible

They are scammers and will take your money. Not regulated and therefore really difficult to get your money back. It will all be in their bitcoin wallet that they helped you to transfer to, believing it was going to your platform which of course is fake
