Stay away from this company. They will contact you on social media and befriend you. Then slowly gain your trust. Once that happens they start talking about Bitcoin trading. If you bite and open a trading account and send money to it they will help you make a few trades which will earn some sizable profits. But when you try to withdraw the funds there all sorts of excuses why you can't. They say you need to do a few more trades first to meet the requirement for withdrawal. I didn't do this but likewise I can't get my balance back either. They say they are registered with different agencies but its all bull$#*!. The main characters I was involved with are "Stephen" who is the front man broker who helps set up your account and "Chris" who is the Analyst that helps you to make the first few profitable trades. The companies I know about are FxFway, Fortune Way Ltd., Golden Day Profit. But I'm sure there's more crooks hooked up with them
Beware of fxfway. It's a scam. Do not deal with this company or anyone claiming to represent it. They will make contact using social media to befriend you and gain your trust. They will then encourage you to deposit funds into a trading account to trade under their guidance. After a few successful trades they will decimate your account with bad trades until you've lost all your equity - especially if you ask about or attempt to withdraw your funds.
Both companies are extreme scam. They claim to be regulated by NFA. But these are all lies. FxFWay and Golden Day Profit are NOT REGULATED. Anyone who has doubts about that statement should call or email NFA (www.nfa.futures.org). If you feel you have been scammed by FxFWay or Golden Day Profit don't be embarrassed. At least file a complaint at SFC(sfc.hk) and at your national financial regulatory authority. The more victims speak up the better are the chances that authorities will take action.
I started with trading at the end of 2018. The trading what I did was in Bitcoin. After several losts I decided to follow the advice from the teacher. On 26.12.2018 in the afternoon I received a message from my teacher that the market should rise. She advised me to buy and I did. On that moment the market was going down. I sended her screenshots and warn her that the market was falling rapidly. She advised me to buy more to compensate the lost. It was going further down and she said I have to be patient, just wait was her answer. After loosing 6500$ I stopped the trading by my own. When I was asking why she did this to me she didn't reply on it. For me they do it intentionally to put the profit in their own pockets. Don't deal with them it's a scam.
This company is a complete scam. Call the NFA and they will verify that Golden Day Profit is not registered and is not regulated by the NFA or CFTC. I wired a very small amount of funds to determine if I can get the deposit back. Aaron Lim is their Sales Manager and well tell you lie after lie about how they are regulated and follow the NFA. This is absolutely false. They require investors to fill out an online form to withdrawal funds however after 100 attempts there was one response from the company. They offered to give me the funds back as BTC or USDT only even through they only accept USD deposits. Furthermore the company removed their phone number from their website so you can only email them and in turn they can choose who to respond to and only if they want to. Golden Day also tried to start a separate company called Sengela Trading Limited but that company was already black balled by the HK Securities Commission. Golden Day holds investors funds in an account in HSBC Guangzhou so if you have been scammed you will need to contract the following agencies: US NFA and US CFTC - you can file complaints directly online. HK Securities and Futures Commission - also has an online form for complaints. China Securities Regulatory Commission - send email and note there are two addresses with one for foreign investors. Last you can contact HSBC and file a fraud complaint requesting for a freeze to be put on Golden Days beneficiary account. Good Luck and don't give up!
