Be Blemish Free

Please do not order from this website. I placed an order, 20 days later never received a shipping confirmation (the item was not listed as being back-ordered), so I emailed the company and received no response. This was 3 months ago and I still did not receive the product yet I was STILL charged for it immediately after placing the order. Terrible.

Thank goodness i didnt see this reviews otherwise i wont be able to find the products that actually worked for my dark patch in my arms and neck. Due to a burn I have been ordering from Funky Mommy website since Sept. 2015 and everything is highly commendable. I think it's just fair that customers do positive reviews not only negative so when i saw this I had to post something. I dont thnk it's fair for the website owner of funky mommy that negative reviews are ruining their reputation yet those people with positive experience don't even bother to make a Review. My review is for the service and the products I ordered which is Gluta-C cream and glutathione soap which works perfectly together as suggested by Sophie, wonderful lady in chat. I followed the direction and i was blown away when i see that the patches are turning lighter,. And it was only 5 days. Right now no one can notice that the burn is there, because its not there anymore!
I still use the cream and the soap on other parts of my body that needs ligtening, i dont want to turn white just even out my skin tone and these products did not disappoint! Im really thankful I found this website. Happy Customer here!

Placed an order over a month ago (items were not on back order) and have yet to receive them. Sent an email follow up to the company an never got a response. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I ordered since January and until now I haven't received it. No communication in emails and no proper tracking system.

I'd give 0, if i could! I ordered over 60$ worth products half the year ago and never received anything. The customer service most of the time won't answer and ehen they do, they'll tell they'll solve the problem and never get back to me :( :( :(

Ordered at least $200 worth of products for the first time. 6 weeks still has not received. Emailed customer service and insisted I have received the product according to tracking. I felt helpless because they have shown no indication of helping me find the package nor gave me any confirmations on the address they have sent it to. Instead of them looking into the issue, I had to investigate myself with phone calls and constantly checking with my post office. It turned out it was delivered to another province. I was beginning to worry as they will not refund but fortunately I paid with Paypal and decided in my favor. Moreover, they have made me feel that I was an untrustworthy customer as if I have received the package. The whole process was such a waste of time. For product with high markup value and additional shipping charge, I would expect them to add signature upon delivery. Hopefully, they will make more effort on improving their service and delivery method as there are other better companies and brands in the market.

Please stay away from www.funkymommy.net they take people's money online and will never deliver your goods and will not refund your money. Before I ordered they confirmed they have the order and I made the payment. I contacted them to cancel my order and return the money, which I got an email that the order has been canceled and money refunded. It's more than 5 months still have not gotten my order and money.
