They limit time to cancel order to only 15 minutes. I made a mistake in placing my order and missed the 15 minute limit to cancel. >> There is NO Reason / Rationale for ONLY 15 minutes to cancel.
NOTHING is set or fixed in that short of time.
> Cancelation time limit should be 60 (or 30) minutes,
So there is time to stop an errant order.
Placed order on Thursday 1/7 and paid for priority shipping. Items didn't even ship until
The following Monday (even though they should have shipped Friday at the latest) and won't be here till 1/12. One whole week. Should have done free shipping as that was when it said it would be there. I could have done Amazon prime and had it by last Saturday.
Their business model:
1. Buy medicines that are close to expiration cheap and sell them to you.
2. Pay commission to physicians for sending patients to use FullScript.
Their customer service:
Per our policy, we can ship as long as it doesn't expire within the next 3 months. 4 month expiration gives you ample time to stuff yourself with all the pills. I was trying to tell them that I don't take those pills at that frequency. And when you ask for a refund, they'll cite their policies and fine print. Read it yourself.
Do yourself a favor. Buy somewhere else. Don't get medicines that expire this quickly, like in the next 4 months. Ask your physician that you want to use an alternative.
Products can be overpriced. Be sure to compare against other sites like Amazon.
Customer service is non-existent. No one will pick up the phone even after being on hold for 20 minutes. Sending an email won't get you a response. And the chat helpdesk is basically a robot the whole time.
Two times I've had problems with shipping. The first order was terribly delayed. It took many phone calls to rectify the situation. Once again, I've encountered problems wit delivery. When I wanted to change the delivery method;, I was told that there is a 15 minute window in which the change could be made. After speaking with four agents, not one would notify the warehouse for me.
Expect very poor customer service from this company.
I asked if one of the tablets I ordered could be cut in half and they said they had no training or information on the products they sell. So you sell supplements but can't answer any questions about how to take them. Unbelievable. I would never order from these idiots again.
I was referred to fullscript by a physician (what sort of kick-back system is going on here?) and received the first couple of orders without issue and at a discount. Customer service even responded at one point to assist in placing an order. With my last order however, I never received an item I paid for, even though it was marked as delivered. When I went to contact customer service, I found it very difficult to find a point of contact for reaching an actual person (my prior contact came by replying to an email they sent me), and while I submitted a support ticket, I've received no response from them.
This company is the absolute worst. Poor customer service and they have an ethical problem and a supply problem. Always out of stock, and they don't honor their sales prices. They will automatically cancel your order after 21 days and then won't honor the sale price you purchased the item for, when the item is "magically" back in stock the day after they cancel your order. This company's existence is based on supplement supply. So, how are they CONSISTENTLY out of stock on multiple items? How poorly run is that? And then to not honor sales prices and to cancel your order automatically before the product is back in stock is just beyond unethical. I would give them a negative 0 review, if I could. They don't even deserve one star.
Even though this company had my returned product in their warehouse, they keep your refund up to three weeks before they issue a refund. This is unethical use of customers money for interest free use.
Make sure you order 2-3 weeks before needing supplement in hand, regardless of paying for delivery to shorten shipping period. They are slow to fill the orders, and it takes quite a bit of time to receive the product to your home (or business). It's possible they create the shipping label but take too long to actually deliver the product to the shipping facility.
Absolute junk company, delivered climate controlled probiotics in the heat which were supposed to be cool, thrown in the garbage. Support is non existent. I hope this company goes out of business and gets shut down.
It's a company connected to doctors pushing unnecessary supplements on you. All this information was verified by my other doctors i switch too saying the same. Scam in other words and i would stay away from buying any products by this company. Never buy a product especially if your doctor advise you to buy it from this specific company.
Quality of products depend on what your providers order. Mine have been pretty good but I think she tends to oversubscribe for the kick-backs they get. Shipping is slow, I paid for expedited and it was still 5 days, if you don't they are a week or more. I don't know if they cater more to the providers or just don't care. They give a providers discount of 10% but sometimes I can still find things cheaper and get them faster.
Trying to add other items to an existing order is not allowed. Making separate order takes $$ out of patients pockets into Fullscript pockets... Totally AI driven so patients cannot complain. No benefit to patient at all...
The idea that your practitioner is making money off of supplements they provide you for your health is disgusting.
They have the option to give you up to 35% off supplements, my wonderful doctor told me and yet most practitioners rather make 35% commission of your order. If you do not get any discount at all. DO NOT buy from fullscript. Practitioners should be giving you a discount but instead they choose to be greedy.
Find a doctor who is in it for your health not for money. My doctor gives all her patients 35% discount and makes no commission.
As a practitioner with Fullscript from it's inception, I have landed on a major fault line with this company!
I sign up hundreds of clients, generating revenue to the tune of 2 to 4K per month and now going on 10 weeks no accounts receivable.
Worse yet, no answer as to why this has occurred.
Going on two weeks of unresponsiveness from the corporate office in Canada.
Time to get legal assistance for breach of contract?
I ordered for the second time with Fullscript today. I noted the shipping had a cost of $8.75. I realized 1 minute later that the order needed to be more than $50 to qualify for free shipment. I contacted them immediately to add a third product and they offered a credit for that third product to be sent at zero cost but they could not modify the order that was placed because the order was processed already. An order that will take more than 1 week to arrive to its destination. They are giving the impression that as soon as they get the money you lose it and they dont want to lose any penny. Not reliable company with such not flexible policy.
I applied to a lot of companies that accepted my credentials and did business with my practice. However, they are the only ones who dined. I believe it is due to my name and I do know someone with the same credentials from the same school but Fullscript is doing business with him. I will be taking them to court for discrimination.
As a practitioner, I did not receive any payouts for the first 6 weeks of my contract for the portion of income I generated from referring my patients to Fullscript to purchase their supplements. I was told my account was "all set" for use by my patients, however, it was not all set for me to receive the percentage determined in my contract. When I brought the fact that I did not receive my contracted payment percentage to their attention, the company blamed me and my staff for believing we were truly "all set" from their email stating so, and refused to calculate and send the 6 weeks of retroactive payments to me.
So, practitioners BEWARE of this company's shady practice of withholding your contracted payments!
I ordered and two products came together the other produce was to come, but didn't and this person is sending or their automatic system keeps saying we closed your order at your request. Seriously, that is not what I am saying. I am missing a product and its not cheap either.
Answer: They ship products but don't abide by the guidelines. For eg, I ordered probiotics which should have been delivered in a refrigerated state, but they left it in the mailbox for a day in 30 degrees C hot temperate. The product was garbage and the support department ignored all inquiries. Whatever you do, don't order from these idiots.
