They ship products but don't abide by the guidelines. For eg, I ordered probiotics which should have been delivered in a refrigerated state, but they left it in the mailbox for a day in 30 degrees C hot temperate. The product was garbage and the support department ignored all inquiries. Whatever you do, don't order from these idiots.
