This company is total nonsense. Be careful with this exchange. They don't even respect or follow their own policies. They have been holding my crypto and won't let me withdraw it. They blocked my account for no reason, I have contacted their customer service several times for weeks and got no response. Had it not been for a friend who introduced me to megcodyrecuperatee.com, a company that later stepped in and got my funds returned to me, my money would have just disappeared and FTX.us would have done nothing about it.
