Been 4 month since i ordered an Iphone cover. Writing to support every week sending tickets/e-mails and i'm still waiting for a reply. They already charged me even though the cover is still in production.

Wouldn't recommend this company to any one.

I ordered an iPad case and right away realized it wouldn't ship before I would need it, so I followed their online directions to cancel the order, which involved emailing support. They didn't respond, so I emailed them again the next day. And the next day. Finally I used the "contact us" form to notify them of the problem, and they sent an automated message saying they'd respond within 48 hours. That was almost 4 days ago. The website said they wouldn't charge your card until your order shipped... they already charged me and my order says it's still "in production". I finally opened a Paypal claim to get my order cancelled and my money back. This is ridiculous. Their customer service is beyond terrible; it's nonexistent. Don't waste your time with this site.

Before coming across Frydaze, I had visited different websites that offered services for custom designing phone case. However, I was glad to come across this service provider as they offered personalized phone covers for more than 100 devices with the range varying from iPhone, Samsung to Blackberry and Xperia. Since they provided covers for iPads and Samsung Galaxy, I recommended the site to a few close friends who were in desperate need of quality covers. Moreover, with having access to personalized products and services that help you access your individuality, you can certainly get good value for your money.

I ordered an iphone case on April 25th 2014. It is now August 18th 2014 and I still have not received the case. Additionally, I have sent emails to the support email, asking for a refund, and have not received any response.

DO NOT BUY anything from this website.

Ordered a case at the beginning of October for a Christmas gift! They said it would be delivered within 14 business days! They emailed me on thanksgiving day and said that they had had some stuff stolen from ware house and were refilling my order! I sent them 7 emails, only one was answered promising me that i would have my order by christmas and with a full refund to boot! On christmas day i still had no csse therefore no gift even thoughi ordered it three months in advance! A week after Christmas I got so angry I posted all of my frustrations on their Facebook page for the world to see, I immediately received a response from corporate office! They corresponded with me through email, promised I would receive it within the week, again promising a full refund! I finally received it on Jan 25th almost 4 months after I ordered it, and a month after it was last promised! Then not only did they NOT refund me, but they turned around two weeks later and double shipped AND double billed me! When j called and raised hell they promised to once again refund me, but said I would have to have a PayPal to receive the refund so i gave them the PayPal info and NEVER received the refund! Not only did I not receive the refund but the TWO cases the double shipped me for were the right picture but the wrong case! I have tried emailing them since then and they have not responded! Horrible company! DO NOT USE!
