This is the worst Internet ever, this week there were three outages, they claim to have fast and reliable service, but they have more outages than any other company.
We have been Spectrum, DirecTV, Verizon, and previous Frontier customers since moving to Southern California. In fact, we swore we would never use Frontier again after having had bad experiences with them back in in 2013-2017. But, we have been quite dissatisfied with our Spectrum home service and decided to make the switch after a door-to-door agent, Azeem, approached us. We NEVER allow door-to-door salesmen to even start their spiel, but Azeem was really good and reassuring and offered us an unbelievable deal for lifetime service. It all sounded too good to be true, but we learned it was. Brian arrived right on time to do the installation. He was pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgeable and completed the installation within an hour or so. We have so far (it's been less than a week) been quite pleased with the super-fast speeds and lack of blips in our service over Spectrum. Time will tell if this continues, obviously. But, so far, we couldn't be more pleased. We use streaming services and my husband works from home and teaches via internet, so all these things are extremely important. Plus, the coverage within our home, which was sketchy with Spectrum, has been outstanding.
I received a telephone call from Rick with Frontier Communication. He was amazing. All my questions/concerns were answered/addressed to my satisfaction. With some changes to my services, my bill is now within my budget.
